Noida Metro Rail Corporation Non-Executive Exam is conducted by Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) on behalf of Noida Metro Rail Corporation (NMRC). The exam is conducted for the recruitment of Station Controller/Train Operator, Customers Relations Assistant, Junior Engineer, Accountant Assistant, Office Assistant, Stenographer and Maintainer posts in NMRC. It is mandatory to fulfill the eligibility criteria of NMRC Non-Executive Recruitment Exam, in order to appear for the exam:
Age Limit: The candidate’s age will be considered
Minimum Age – 18 years (applicable for all posts)
Maximum Age for Maintainer posts – 25 years
Maximum Age for the other posts – 28 years
NMRC also provides upper age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/Ex-Servicemen/DFF/Women/PWD candidates of UP Domicile as per the Government rules. The upper age relaxations as per category is given below:

The application form of NMRC Non-Executive Post Exam can be filled on the online portal of DMRC. Registrations for NMRC non-executive exam will be available in online mode. Candidates must note that the application of NMRC Non-Executive Post exam can be filled online only and no other modes will be accepted. An application fee of Rs.400 for unreserved and OBC (including Ex-servicemen) category candidates and Rs.150 for SC/ST/PWD candidates must be paid through bank challan.
How to apply for NMRC Non-Executive Post exam
Visit the official website of DMRC and click on ‘Career’ tab.
Open the recruitment notification of NMRC Non-Executive Post and go through the details such as eligibility criteria, number of vacancies for each post etc.
Fill up all the details like age, personal details, educational qualification etc. online in the application form.
Upload scanned copy of passport colour photo, signature scan copy, OBC/SC/ST/PWD certificates if applicable. The size of these scanned copies should be within 100 kb and in .jpg/.pdf files only.
After, successful filling up of the application form, a bank Challan with Bank Reference Number (the reference number will be unique) will be generated. Take a printout of the Bank Challan and deposit the requisite Examination Fee in any branch of State Bank of India (SBI) after a minimum of 24 hours of generation of the Challan.
Candidates must note that only SBI Bank has been authorized to collect the application fee of NMRC Non-Executive Exam, in a specially opened DMRC Account No. 33700092265.
On receipt of the money, the bank will issue a unique Journal Number and a Branch code of the bank collecting the money.
As per the exam pattern of NMRC Non-Executive Post-exam, it is mandatory for candidates applying to any post to take a written exam. Each written test will consist of two papers (Paper-I and Paper-II), to be held on the same day in the same centre. It is advisable to have a good understanding of the written exam pattern of NMRC Non-Executive Post exam before appearing for the test to be better prepared. The Written Test may be conducted either online or through offline (OMR) mode.
Paper-I will consist of 120 multiple choice objective type questions, each carrying equal marks in bilingual (Hindi/English). The following topics will be covered:
Knowledge of the discipline/trade.
As per the marking scheme, there will be negative marking in the exam. For every wrong answer, 1/3 marks will be deducted. The total duration of the exam is one and a half hours.
Paper-II will consist of objective type questions on General English to test the knowledge of English language. There will be a total of 60 questions, each carrying equal marks. There will also be negative marking in Paper II. For every wrong answer 1/3 marks will be deducted. The total duration of Paper II will be 45 minutes. This paper is not for Maintainer post applicants.
Candidates who qualify separately in Paper-I & Paper-II and rank high on the merit list shall be called, based on the Written Test (both Paper-I & Paper-II together), for further rounds of selection process. The selection process consists of procedures like Personal Interview, Psycho test, Skill Test, and Medical Examination.
The Admit Card of NMRC Non-Executive Post exam will be released about 10-15 days prior to the exam date. All candidates who filled the application form of NMRC NE Exam must download the exam hall ticket from the official website of DMRC website by logging in with their user credentials.
The NMRC Non-Executive exam admit card for written test will not be sent by post or email to any candidate. It must be downloaded from DMRC website only. Hence, it is advised that candidates remain in close touch with the website to download the NMRC Non-executive exam admit card.
Admit Card for the further rounds of selection like Psycho Test/Interview/Skill Test//medical fitness test will be issued after the result of the written test is released. Candidates who have passed the written test and have been placed on the final merit list will be issued the admit card of interview process and interview rounds.
The result of Written Exam of NMRC Non-Executive Post is expected to be declared in online mode one month after the written exam has been conducted. Candidates can check the result of the NMRC NE Exam on the official website of DMRC. Candidates are advised to remain in constant touch with the website and stay updated with all the exam events including the announcement of NMRC Non-Executive Recruitment result.
Post the result of NMRC Non-Executive Recruitment Exam, the date of selection rounds like Interview/Skill Test/Psycho Test will be announced.
