IBPS Clerk Application Form 2018IBPS Clerk Application Form 2018 - Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) will release the application form of IBPS Clerk 2018 tentatively from the second week of September. IBPS Clerk application form will be available in online mode and candidates can fill it till first week of October. Important Note

 

Once the online application form of IBPS Clerk 2018 is submitted, no option to edit or modify the application form will be available, so candidates need to fill the IBPS Clerk 2018 application form very carefully.

Pre-requisites for IBPS Clerk Application Form 2018

  • e-mail ID: An active and valid email ID till the recruitment process is completed as all related information will be sent on this e-mail ID of the candidate.

  • Photograph & Signature: Candidates need to have their passport size photograph as well as signature scanned as per the required specifications.

  • Thumb impression of the Applicant

  • Scanned copy of handwritten declaration as per the format

  • Details of the bank account or card through which payment is to be done

Important instructions before filling Application Form of IBPS Clerk 2018


Before applying online for IBPS Clerk 2018, candidates should take care of the following points —

(i) Candidates should scan their passport size photograph and signature and make sure that the photograph are of required specifications.

(ii) Signature of the candidate should NOT be in CAPITAL LETTERS, because it will NOT be accepted.

(iii) The necessary details and documents should be kept ready to make Online Payment of the requisite application fee/ intimation charges.

(iv) Candidates should have a valid personal email ID, which should be kept active till the completion of the recruitment process. The email ID is important because IBPS may send call letters for the Examination etc. through the registered e-mail ID.

Note: Candidates must not share their email ID with any other person, as this should be kept confidential to avoid any trouble. In case any candidate does not have an email ID, then he/she must create one, as all the communication will be done through that email ID only.

 

Fee for IBPS Clerk Application Form 2018


Candidates need to remit the application fee for IBPS Clerk 2018 in online mode only.

Steps to fill IBPS Clerk Application Form 2018

  • Step 1- Registration for IBPS Clerk 2018

  • Step 2-Upload photograph and signature

  • Step 3- Fill application form of IBPS Clerk 2018

  • Step 4 - Preview

  • Step 5- Fee payment

  • Step 6 – Printout of application form and e-reciept of the fee 

Step 1 - Registration for IBPS Clerk 2018

  • While filling the application form of IBPS Clerk application form 2018, the very first stage is registration. Candidates need to register from the official website by clicking on the link “CWE Clerks” and then on “CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE FOR CWE - Clerks (CWE-Clerks-VII)”. (The registration link will be provided here once it’s available officially).

  • Now, the candidates have to click on “CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION” to register and enter basic information.

  • After the candidates have done the registration, a provisional registration number and password will be generated and will appear on the computer screen.

  • Candidates must note this Provisional registration number and password. The registration number and password will also be sent to the candidates on their registered email ID and mobile number.

  • Candidates can save, edit or change the details entered by them in the application form by using this provisional registration number and password.

Step 2 - Upload photograph and signature

  • The next stage of IBPS Clerk 2018 application form is uploading the photograph and signature as per the specifications mentioned above. Candidates need to upload the scanned or the digital Photograph and Signature. 

Step 3 - Fill application form of IBPS Clerk 2018

  • At the next stage, candidates have to fill in the online application form carefully, as after submission no changes will be allowed in the application form.

  • Candidates can use “SAVE AND NEXT” button to make changes or modification in the filled in application form of IBPS Clerk 2018.

  • In the application form, candidates also have to select/indicate the state they want to opt for provisional allotment on selection in the IBPS Clerk exam. Candidates must do this carefully as the option will be available for one time use only.

Step 4 - Preview

  •  At this stage, candidates can preview, check, re-check any detail eneterd by them in the application form. This step is important to avoid any incorrect information going into the application, which can lead to the rejection of the application form or miscommunication.
  • After checking all the information carefully in the application form, candidates can finally submit it.

Step 5 - Fee payment

  • After correctly and carefully filling the IBPS Clerk Application Form 2018, candidates have to pay the application or exam fee.

  • To make the payment, candidates have to proceed to the payment gateway.

  • Mode of Fee Payment - Candidates can pay the fee through Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets.

Step 6 - Printout of application form and e-reciept of the fee

  • After final submission of application form of IBPS Clerk 2018, an additional page of the IBPS Clerk application form will be displayed wherein candidates may follow the instructions and fill in the requisite details.

  • On successful completion of the transaction of fee for application form of IBPS Clerk, an e-receipt will be generated.

  • Candidates are required to take a printout of the e-receipt and online application form of IBPS Clerk 2018. Please note that if the same cannot be generated then online transaction may not have been successful.

  • If the online transaction has not been successfully completed then candidates are advised to login again with their provisional registration number and password and pay the Application Fees/ Intimation Charges online. 

Retrieving Application Number and Password

 

There are different modes available to retrieve application number and password, incase a candidate loses them.

  • IBPS sends registration number to candidates through email.

  • Also, admit card and registration number are sent to email ID of candidates.

  • Candidates also recieve SMS on their phones regarding application form submission of IBPS Clerk Exam, which contains the details about registration/application number, password etc.

IBPS Clerk Application Status 2018

  • After successfully filling the application form of IBPS Clerk 2018, candidates should take out the print of the application form. The status of the application submitted, will be mentioned on the print out.

  • Do not reload the page for online payment of application fee, as it may hinder the fee submission process. Also, the payment gateway returns the amount submitted by the candidate incase the payment is not successful. If this happens, candidates should log in again and submit the fee again.

IBPS Clerk 2018 Application Form Correction

IBPS gives chances to verify and edit (if required), the application form. The possibilities of editing the application form are:

  • If candidates choose ‘save and edit’ while filling the form, they can edit their application form, in case they have entered any incorrect information.

  • IBPS everytime gives the candidates an option to verify, before submitting the application form, but once the submission is done then no change can be made in the application form.

  • If a candidate submits the application form with wrong information, then he/she will have to fill another form and pay the application fee again. 

Important to Note

 

Instances for providing incorrect information and/or process violation by a candidate detected at any stage of the selection process will lead to disqualification of the candidate from the selection process and he/she will not be allowed to appear in any of the Common Recruitment Process for IBPS Clerk Exam 2018 in the future. If such instances go undetected during the current selection process but are detected subsequently, such disqualification will take place with retrospective effect. Clarifications/decisions given / to be given by the Director, IBPS, regarding process for recruitment of Clerks in Participating Organisations (CWE CLERKS-VII) shall be final and binding.
