Step 4 - Download the UPSC notification 2025 - To download the UPSC IAS notification 2025, click on the link under the Documents heading. Candidates are recommended read the official notification thoroughly before proceeding to fill out the IAS application form 2025.
Step 5 - To proceed to fill out the IAS application form 2025, click on the ‘OTR link’ available on the web page. If the applicants have not completed the One Time Registration, They have to complete it by providing some basic details such as personal and contact details.

The UPSC Civil Services 2025 examination is a national-level exam.
