IBPS PO Application Form 2018 - Institute of Banking Personnel Selection will release the application form of IBPS PO 2018 in the month of July/August (tentative). The IBPS PO application form will only be available for the candidates online. Candidates can pay IBPS PO application fee in online mode. Pre-requisites for Online Application Form of IBPS PO 2018
Web browsers – Candidates must use the updated version of the following web browser to apply for IBPS PO Examination.
Internet Explorer 8 and above

Photographs & Signatures – The candidates must scan both their photographs and signatures and alter them to the specified size. The signatures cannot be in capital letters.
Valid email id – Applicants must have a valid and active email id that they will be using throughout the application process. Candidates will be notified of all communications on this email id.
Details/Documents ready to make Online Payment – Applicants need to keep their documents ready to be uploaded while online application.
Online payment must haves – Applicants must keep ready their online modes of payment. Intimation charges are included in the fee itself this year. Bank transaction charges might be applicable. Candidates can pay by debit cards (RuPay, MasterCard, Visa), credit cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets.

Step by Step Procedure to fill IBPS PO Application Form 2018
Step 1: Online Registration
The link to the IBPS website will be updated here. Go to the link and click on “CWE PO/MT
Click on the “Click Here to Apply Online for CWE Probationary Officers/ Management Trainee (CWE PO/ MT- VII)” option
Click on “ Click Here for New Registration” option
Provisional Registration Number and password will be generated. Note it down. IBPS registration login credentials will be sent to you by mail and through sms on the regsitered mobile number.
Step 2: Uploading Scanned Images of Photographs and Signature
Use IBPS registration login details to access accounts and upload the following documents with preferred specifications
1. Image of Passport size photograph
2. Image of signature
3. Image of Thumb impression
Note: Details of size, dimension, other details about signature, photograph and thumb impression are given below.
Photograph Image Specifications
The size of the photograph needs to be 4.5 cm x 3.5 cm
The dimensions of the photograph must be 200 x 230 pixels
The photographs need to be recent passport size and coloured taken against a light background, preferably white
The size of the file should be between 20kb to 50 kb
Glares on spectacles and red eyes due to flashes are not preferred
Caps, hats or dark sunglasses are not acceptable
The expression should be normal and relaxed
Signature Image Specifications
The signature must be on a white paper in black ink
The signature must be signed by the applicant and nobody else
The signature will be used to put on the call letter and wherever necessary
The signature must match on answer script, applications and wherever it is required or the candidate will be disqualified
The preferred dimensions are 140 x 60 pixels
The size of the file should be 10kb to 20kb
Signature in capital letters will not be accepted
How to Scan the Photograph and Signature Images?
The scanner resolution must be set to a minimum of 200 dpi (dots per inch)
Colour should be set to true colour
File size as specified above
Crop to the edges of the photograph and then crop to the final size using the upload editor
The format of the image file should be .JPG or .JPEG.
If the uploads are not made keeping in mind the above specifications, an error message will appear.

The signature image and the photographed image will be uploaded on separate links
Browse and select the images from the location they have been saved at
Click the open/upload button
Note: Unclear pictures of the signature and the photograph will have the candidates' application rejected.
Step 3: Filling the IBPS PO Application Form
Fill in the personal and educational details
Enter the choice of IBPS PO Exam centre with correct state code for both preliminary and mains examination
Click on “I Agree”
Step 4: Preview
At this stage, candidates must cross-check all the details they have entered, before finally submitting the IBPS PO application form. In case candidates want to change some particulars, then they can change at the preview level.
Step 5: Payment of Application Fee
Debit/Credit Card, Net banking, IMPS, Cash Card and Mobile Wallets can be used to make payments for the IBPS online registration.
The fee once paid will not be refundable.
Enter details of the mode of payment and enter further details. Finalise by entering the received OTP.
Important: After successful fee payment, the system will generate fee payment status and e-receipt of the fee paid. Candidates must ensure that they check the fee payment status and take a printout of the generated e-receipt.
Step 6: Print Application Form
The last step in IBPS PO application form is taking a printout of the submitted application. Though the printout or the hard copy of the application form of IBPS PO 2018 is not required to be sent to IBPS, the candidates must take the print to use it for future reference.
Note: Candidates are advised to apply well before the last date of application of the IBPS PO 2018 exam to avoid traffic and crashing of the website on the last day.

Q. I am unable to get access to the registration page, as it’s taking too much time to load. Can I apply through some other mode? What should I do now?
Ans. No, you cannot apply through any other medium. The registration page may not be uploading due to poor net connectivity, heavy traffic, etc. Wait for a while and try after sometime again.
Q. What should I do when even after filling the registration form I do not get the confirmation e-mail or sms?
Ans. You will get the confirmation only if you have given the correct email ID and mobile number. In some cases, the confirmation response may take a little time as it’s auto-generated.
Q. Where should I send the confirmation page of the filled in IBPS PO Application Form?
Ans. You are not supposed to send the filled-in application form anywhere. But you must download and keep the printout of the application form with you till the recruitment process gets over.
Q. How do I know that my application form is submitted correctly?
Ans. Once you print the application form or the option to print your application form is generated, you will know that your application has been accepted. If not, you can again re-print the application/e-receipt.
Q. How can I change the details I have entered in the IBPS PO Application Form?
Ans. Candidates can make changes in the submitted details before the application deadline. After the last date, you can not make any changes or corrections.
Q. What if I get Zero (0) as my registration number?
Ans. Getting a zero means you have register again or fill the application form. After registering again, candidates must take the printout through re-print application.
