Nationality:
An Indian citizen
A subject of Nepal or Bhutan or Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before January 01, 1962 to permanently settle in India
A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, East African countries such as Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania United States (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam are permanent residents of India.
Age Limit:
Applicants who are applying for Undergraduate posts must be between 18 to 30 years of age.
Candidates who are applying for Graduate posts must be between 18 to 33 years of age.

When completing the RRB NTPC 2025 application form, applicants must also pay the examination fee, otherwise, their candidature will not be accepted. The Railway Recruitment Board will provide the link for a refund of the RRB NTPC application fee in online mode. The link will be provided to correct or update the bank details for the RRB NTPC fee refund. Candidates who are going to apply for RRB NTPC exam form, they can utilize the RRB NTPC application fee refund link. Applicants must give the bank account number, name and IFSC code for refund purposes.
Applicants should enter bank details carefully as RRB will not be liable in case of failure to refund on account of incorrect details provided by the applicant.
Incomplete, wrong and delayed requests for refund of RRB NTPC exam fee will be rejected
No refund will be given if details are not updated.

Note: Applicants who belong to SC / ST category can get a free Travel Authority (Second Class Railway Pass). They will have to upload an additional scanned copy of the caste certificate.

The board provises the RRB NTPC application form correction window on the official websites. The RRB NTPC application form correction window will be provided for both graduate levels and for undergraduate levels separatly for a certain time period. Once applicants fill the form and submit it, they can make minor changes in the application form of RRB NTPC 2025. Applicants have to pay a modification fee of Rs. 100 to make changes in the application form.
However, during the modifications, they will not be able to change their phone number, email ID as well as RRB region. Candidates can only modify their community by making payment in the difference of the exam fee (Rs. 250). No its not okay to upload BC certificate instead of OBC certificate as rrb NTPC clearly defines the rules of obc certificate which states that the certificate must be issued by an authorized authority, such as a District Magistrate, Collector, Deputy Commissioner, or Revenue Officer and it must be under non creamy layer.
You should obtain certificate of obc non creamy layer then apply to rrb NTPC to avail the benefit of reservation quota.
Moreover,the difference between certificate is that Other Backward Classes certificate is issued to communities listed as OBC by the Indian government and BC are only recognised by government of india which is not accepted by many exa
