Detailed RRB NTPC application form 2025 filling procedure

Start by registering on the RRB official website portal -

Step 1: Online Registration

• Click on ‘New Registration’ tab

• Select RRB region

• Read the instructions mentioned and tick the checkbox

• Fill details like name, father’s name, DOB, mobile number and valid email ID

• Verify the details and click on ‘Submit’ button

• An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number and email ID

• Enter OTP on ‘Activation Link’

• Registration number and password will be generated and sent to the registered email ID and phone number, applicants must save these credentials

Note: Candidates will not be able to change the selected region after registration number and password are generated. So choose your region carefully.

Step 2: Fill the complete details in RRB NTPC application form, Part 1.

• Click on ‘Candidate Login’

• Enter registration number and password

• Enter the details like academic qualification, gender, community, religion, etc.

Step 3: Application Fee Payment.

• You can pay the application fee via offline as well as online mode using net banking, credit/debit cards, UPI or offline challans.

Modification of RRB NTPC application form 2025

The board provides the RRB NTPC application form correction window on the official websites. The RRB NTPC application form correction window is provided for both graduate and undergraduate levels separately. Once applicants fill out the form and submit it, they can make minor changes in the application form of RRB NTPC 2025. Applicants have to pay a modification fee of Rs. 100 to make changes in the application form.

However, during the modifications, they will not be able to change their phone number, email ID as well as RRB region. Candidates can only modify their community by making payment in the difference of the exam fee (Rs. 250). Changes can be made only twice in the RRB NTPC 2025 application form and any changes more than that will not be accepted by the examination body.
