Detailed RRB NTPC Application Form Procedure

Step 1: Online Registration

  • Click on ‘New Registration’ tab

  • Select RRB region

  • Read the instructions and tick mark checkbox

  • Fill basic details like name, father’s name, date of birth, mobile number and email ID

  • Verify the details and click on ‘Submit’

  • An OTP will be sent to the provided mobile number and email ID after submitting

  • Enter OTP on ‘Activation Link’

  • Registration number and password will be generated and sent to the registered phone number and email ID

Note: Candidates will not be able to change the selected region after registration number and password are generated.

Step 2: Fill the details in RRB NTPC application form Part 1

  • Click on ‘Candidate Login’ after registration

  • Enter registration number and password

  • Enter details mentioned in this part like educational qualification, gender, community, religion, etc.

Step 3: Application Fee Payment

  • Pay the requisite fee after filling Part 1 of the application form. RRB NTPC application fee can be paid using the net banking, credit/ debit card, UPI or offline challans.

Step 4: Filling Part 2 of RRB NTPC application form 2020

  • Set preferences/ priority for posts and Railway/ Production unit

  • Name, father‘s name, educational qualification, and other relevant details of scribe for PwD candidates

  • Detailed educational qualification

  • Choice of language

  • Additional details like mother tongue, identification marks, address, etc.

  • Bank account details for application fee refund

Step 5: Uploading Scanned Images

  • Upload images of photograph, signature and caste certificate (if required) in the prescribed size. The specified size for each document is given in the table below.

Note: Candidates belonging to SC/ST category who want to avail Free Travel Authority (Second Class Railway Pass) have to upload additional scanned copy of caste certificate.

Step 6: Submission of Application

  • Click to tick mark the declaration box and submit the application form.

  • It is suggested that you save and print a copy of the application form for future references.

Modification of RRB NTPC Application Form 2020

Candidates will be able to make minor changes in the application form of RRB NTPC 2020 after submission of the same. Candidates will have to pay modification fee of Rs. 100. However, candidates will not be able to change their RRB region, email ID and phone number. Candidates can modify their community by making payment in the difference of the exam fee (Rs. 250). Changes can be made in RRB NTPC 2020 application form only twice, no further changes will be acknowledged by the exam body.

Candidates can choose the language in which they wish to take the exam. Following languages are available for candidates to choose from -

RRB NTPC 2020 Application Form - Refund of Exam Fee

Candidates who appear for the first stage of the examination can have their examination fee refunded. Candidates who have not selected the option of fee refund in the account from which they have made the payment have to provide details including beneficiary name, account number, name of bank and IFSC code.

Checking RRB NTPC Application Status

RRB provides the facility to check the application status to candidates who have filled out the application form of RRB NTPC. Candidates can check their application status by logging in using their registration number and date of birth.

Question: I am still awaiting my final result. Can I still apply for RRB NTPC 2019?

Answer:

No, candidates are required to have their degree and/or 10+2 result before applying for RRB NTPC.

Question: Will I be able to change my exam centre for RRB NTPC 2020?

Answer:

Candidates cannot change their exam centres after submitting the application form. However, other details can be edited by choosing ‘Modify Application’ option on the official website. Candidates have to pay a fee of Rs. 100 to make changes in an already submitted application form.

Answer:

Suppose that the document verification is scheduled on May 29, 2020 then your category submit must have been issued i between May 29, 2019- May 29, 2020.If it is issued earlier than May 29, 2019 then your category certificate will not be valid for the document verification hence your candidature may get cancelled.

Hi Bibhas,

NIT MCA Common Entrance Test (NIMCET), is the national level entrance exam conducted every year by one of the National Institutes of Technology (NITs) for taking admissions on merit basis to Master of Computer Applications (MCA) programme.

This exam works across the NITs located in Agartala, Allahabad, Kurukshetra, Calicut, Raipur, Warangal, Surathkal, Durgapur, Trichy, Jamshedpur, Bhopal and Kurukshetra.

The application form of NIMCET 2020 will be released soon through which the candidates can fill the form and appear in the entrance exam. NIMCET admit card will also be released to be downloaded by candidates. The exam will be conducted in offline mode and the result of the same will be declared on the official website of NIMCET 2020.

Total 809 seats are available and duration of exam is 2 hours.

NOTE:- NIMCET scores are used by many other universities and institutes for admissions to the MCA programmes offered by them.

The eligibility criteria to become TTR is you must have passed 10th with minimum 50 % marks from recognized board. Candidate who have either passed 12th or have diploma can also apply.

Selection process involves written test and interview, the syllabus includes

  • Aptitude
  • General knowledge
  • General English and
  • Logical and analytical reasoning

The Railway Minister and also the spokesperson of the Ministry of Railways have given out a statement last week stating that it would recruit 2.3 lakh employees over the next 2 years in two phases.

According to official statistics, In 2018, the second biggest employer in Indian Economy initiated recruitment for 1,51,548 posts and hence left 1,31,428 posts vacant.

Also, the Railways said that 53,000 and 46,000 employees would retire during the next 2 years thereby causing an additional vacancy of 99,000 employees which is probably what you are asking about. This is a part of fresh recruitment in the Railways as a part of some ambitious programs from the Railway Minister Piyush Goyal.
