RRB Group D Syllabus 2018

RRB Group D Syllabus 2018 – Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) has released the syllabus of RRB Group D along with the notification. With the help of RRB Group D syllabus, candidates will be able to prepare better for the exam. The standard of questions asked in the Computer Based Test (CBT) stage will be similar to that of class 10 level. The topics pertaining to the following subjects will be asked in RRB Group D 2018 CBT – mathematics, general intelligence and reasoning, general science and general awareness. The aim of the CBT stage is to test candidates’ knowledge of these subjects. The CBT stage of RRB Group D 2018 recruitment is scheduled to be conducted in July and August.

 

Candidates who qualify CBT will be shortlisted to appear for the next stage - Physical Efficiency Test (PET). PET will assess candidates’ physical fitness level on the basis of allotted tasks. The next stage of RRB Group D recruitment is Document Verification (DV). Applicants will be selected to participate in DV based on marks secured in CBT, given they have completed the tasks assigned for the PET stage within the specified period of time. RRB Group D Exam Pattern 2018

The exam pattern of RRB Group D 2018 for CBT stage has been provided below. Candidates will be able to understand the structure of the exam with the help of the exam pattern. As per RRB Group D 2018 exam pattern, 1/3 marks allotted for each question will be deducted for incorrect responses.

RRB Group D 2018 recruitment will be conducted by 16 participating Railway Recruitment Boards for a total of 62907 vacancies in Level 1 positions. Posts under Level 1 include helpers, porters, gatemen, hospital attendants, assistant pointsmen, etc. As per RPF selection process, the exam is conducted in three stages – Computer Based Test (CBT), Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Document Verification (DV).
