SBI Clerk ResultSBI Clerk Result 2018 – State Bank of India (SBI) will declare the SBI Clerk 2018 result in two stages. The SBI Clerk result for preliminary stage will be declared first and the SBI Clerk result for mains will be declared later based on which candidates will be selected for final allotment process. SBI Clerk 2018 result for preliminary examination will be released in the month of April 2018. The result of SBI Clerk 2018 will be declared for only those candidates who will score qualifying marks in the recruitment exam. Candidates can check SBI Clerk result 2018 through their registration no/ roll number and date of birth. Based on the SBI Clerk prelims result approximately 1,00,000 candidates will be shortlisted for mains exam. Only those candidates who qualify SBI Clerk preliminary level examination by scoring sectional and overall SBI Clerk cutoff (to be decided by SBI) will be allowed to participate in mains examination. SBI Clerk 2018 mains exam is schedule to be conducted on May 12. SBI Clerk mains result 2018 will be released in the month of June. Based on SBI Clerk mains result, candidates will be provisionally selected for final allotment process. Candidates must note that SBI Clerk prelims is only a qualifying exam, i.e. it will only shortlist the candidates for mains examination and the marks secured in preliminary exam result of SBI clerk 2018 will not be counted towards the final result.

 

As per the SBI Clerk 2018 qualifying criteria candidates have to score qualifying marks in each of the three subjects’ English language, numerical and reasoning ability. The passing marks of SBI Clerk will be decided by examination authority State Bank of India based on the number of candidates appeared in the exam and difficulty level of questions.

 

SBI Clerk 2018 exam will recruit 8,301 Junior Associates in Customer Support & Sales and Agricultural clerical cadre posts. Highlights of SBI Clerk Prelims Result 2018

 

SBI Clerk Result 2018 for Preliminary Exam: The result of SBI Clerk 2018 preliminary exam (Phase I) will be declared in the month of April 2018. Candidates will need to secure minimum required qualifying marks in both the overall and in each section of SBI clerk preliminary exam, in order to appear for next level of SBI clerk, i.e. mains examination. The scores obtained in the SBI clerk preliminary exam result will not be considered for the preparation of final merit list on the basis of which final recruitment will take place.

 

SBI Clerk 2018 Scorecard for Preliminary Exam: The score card for preliminary exam will consist of total marks in each subject, minimum qualifying marks for various category candidates (Gen/OBC/PH/SC/ST/OH), marks secured by the candidate in each subject and total marks secured by the candidate out of a total of 100 marks. The scorecard of SBI Clerk 2018 will also contain the qualifying status of a candidate.

 

Highlights of SBI Clerk Mains Result 2018

 

SBI Clerk Result 2018 for Mains Exam: The result of SBI Clerk 2018 mains (Phase II) examination will be declared in the month of June 2018. As per the qualifying criteria, only those candidates who score passing or qualifying marks in every subject of preliminary exam, will be allowed to appear in mains examination. In SBI Clerk 2018 result for mains examination, candidates will need to score qualifying marks in overall exam and also in each section of mains examination to qualify. The subjects of SBI Clerk mains exam include General/Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability and Computer Aptitude. The qualifying or passing marks will be determined by SBI on the basis of overall performance of all test-takers and difficulty level of the exam. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PWD/XS categories, will be given 5% relaxation in qualifying/passing marks criteria.

 

SBI Clerk Scorecard 2018 of Mains Exam: SBI Clerk 2018 scorecard of Mains exam will contain marks obtained by the candidate in each subject of mains exam, overall marks and qualifying marks of various categories (Gen/OBC/PH/SC/ST/OH). Besides that, SBI Clerk mains scorecard will also declare if the candidate has qualified the exam or not and the total marks obtained by the last candidate who has qualified the SBI Clerk 2018 exam.    

 

Highlights of SBI Clerk Final Result 2018

 

The final result of SBI Clerk 2018 exam will be declared in the form of a provisional list of candidates selected for final allotment. SBI Clerk 2018 final result will be prepared after considering the SBI Clerk mains result only. While preparing SBI Clerk result 2018, the marks obtained in the preliminary examination (Phase-I) will not be added. Final selection of candidates for SBI Clerk 2018 has been made on the basis of candidates' performance in the Phase II examination, i.e. SBI Clerk 2018 Mains. SBI Clerk final results will depict the candidates who have qualified the exam and candidates who have provisionally been selected for allotment.

 

Interview and GD sessions of SBI Clerk: As per the Central Government’s order, the interview and GD stages of SBI Clerk examination have been scrapped from January 1, 2016 onwards.

 

Language Test After Provisional Selection: Candidates who are selected in the final SBI Clerk result 2018, they will be required to produce 12th or 10th class mark sheet or certificate depicting that they have studied the local language of the state they have been selected in. In case the selected candidate has not studied the local language in school, they will be required to appear for opted local language test, which will be conducted after the provisional selection. Amongst such candidates, those who fail to qualify the local language test, they will be disqualified.
