SSC Combined Higher Secondary Level exam is a three-tier exam. The cutoff for the CHSL exam is released separately for all the tiers of the exam. The stages of SSC CHSL cutoff are as follows.
SSC CHSL cutoff for Tier 1 (CBT) - It is the minimum percentage of marks required by candidates to qualify the CHSL tier 1 computer based test. The SSC CHSL tier 1 cutoff is prepared using normalization method as the SSC CHSL tier 1 exam is conducted in multiple stages.
SSC CHSL cutoff for Tier 2 (Descriptive) - The SSC CHSL tier 2 paper is descriptive in nature. There is no negative marking in this paper. It is of 100 marks in total. Candidates clearing the cutoff of this stage will be eligible to appear for the SSC CHSL tier 3 exam.
SSC CHSL cutoff for Tier 2 (Skill/ Typing test) - SSC CHSL tier 3 exam is qualifying in nature. This stage is a skill and typing test round, candidates need to qualify this round to get recruited to different SSC CHSL posts. The prescribed SSC CHSL cutoff for this stage is 33%.

Admit Cards for all the region has not been released yet. For example, SSC CHSL Admit Card for Bihar region has not been announced. So first of all you have to get to know your region you belong to.

Firstly, It's technically wrong that you are having power and you are not mentioning that in your form about that. Secondly, you will surely be issued the admit card as they will check it later even if they have to
But if you have not that huge power I don't think it should be much problem. Inform them about that in advance. Surely it will help you .

Sorry but There is nothing know you can do anything about it because they give correction time to fix error but i think you should go attend the exam .

Yes, you will be able to avail e w s reservation it doesn't matter even if your certificate has been made after applying for SSC CHSL examination , SSC CHSL has 3 tiers and your documents will be verified after you qualify the tier 3 for the purpose of joining letter and in general the validity of E W S certificate is one financial year so you should have a valid certificate in the time of document verification.

ssc chsl,in form name written as per 10th(surname +myname+ father name).but in photo id(i have only aadhar currently) written like surname+myname and father name(care of) is written backside in aadhar.will this create any issue at exam center?
No, it will not create any problem. Adhaar card is for identification purpose, you need to carry the Adhaar card for identity of yourself. In SSC HCSL application form you need to fill the name, father's name, mother's name and date of birth as per the details in the class 10th certificate. As you have filled the application form according to the class 10th certificate your application will be accepted.
