Registration is the first step in filling the CTET application form. In order to register, candidates must:

Click on submit.
After clicking on submit, a user ID and password is generated by the system which is sent to the candidates through email and SMS. Candidates must remember the ID and password as it will be required to access the application form, admit card, result.

After the filing of an application form and uploading image and signature, candidates must pay the prescribed application fee. The application fee of CTET must be paid in online/offline mode through Debit/Credit card, e-challan. You can sit for the exam because they will match your thumb impression and also face recognition. You can carry your original document and provide at the time of entry so that they will verify you and will allow you to sit for the exam.

Since it is clearly mentioned in the CTET 2019 notification for the December exam, that no request for change of medium will be entertained under any circumstances, you will have to take the test in that medium only which you have opted. Try and make it happen, if not you may appear again in CTET 2020 June session and choose your medium wisely.
