Important Instruction regarding SBI Clerk 2018 Admit Card
Candidates are advised to carefully verify their roll number, date of exam, time and venue for the examination as given in the call letter.
Candidates have to bring the downloaded SBI Clerk admit card along with the photo identity proof in original and a photocopy to the venue for the examination. If they do not bring SBI Clerk 2018 admit card and photo identity proof in original they will not be permitted to appear for the examination.
The candidates must bring one photo identity proof such as passport/Adhar/PAN Card/Driving Licence/ Voter’s Card/Bank Passbook with duly attested Photograph/Identity Card issued by School or College/Gazetted Officer in the official letterhead in original as well as a self-attested Photocopy thereof.
Candidates are required to put their left thumb impression and sign clearly in the respective spaces provided on their SBI Clerk Admit Card in the presence of the invigilator in the examination hall. Candidates should hand over their SBI Clerk 2018 admit card along with the photocopy of identity proof duly stapled together to the invigilator in the examination hall when he collects the call letters from the candidates.
SBI Clerk 2018 Exam Day Guidelines/Instructions:
Candidate's name, appearing on the call letter (provided by you during the process of registration) must exactly match the name appearing on the photo identity proof. If there is any mismatch, then the candidate will not be allowed to appear in the exam.
Candidates must reach the exam venue by the time mentioned notified. In case candidates report 30 minutes after the reporting time, they will not be allowed to take the examination.
Candidates will not be permitted to leave the exam hall before the exam gets over and the test administrator gives permission to leave. The exam will start after completion of formalities like checking of attendance, obtaining a signature on the admit card and collection of admit card along with photo identity proof etc.
In case candidates adopt any unfair means or malpractice or commit any misconduct during the exam, then their candidature is liable to be summarily cancelled; moreover, they may be liable to penal action.
The Bank would analyze the responses of a candidate with other appeared candidates to detect patterns of similarity. On the basis of such analysis, if it is found that the responses have been shared and scores obtained are not genuine/valid, the Bank reserves the right to cancel his/her candidature.
Candidates can wear light clothes which cannot be used for hiding any instruments or communication devices. They are also advised to wear half sleeves but not having big buttons or any badge, brooches etc. which could be used to hide the communication device, blue tooth, camera, etc. Wear slippers, sandals and not the shoes. Candidates in customary/religious dresses must report at the exam centre at least 10 minutes prior to reporting time for proper frisking.
Candidates must comply with the directions given to them by the test administrator/invigilator. If any candidate is found disregarding these directions he/she will be liable to be debarred from the test.
Any candidate found to be disclosing, publishing, reproducing, transmitting, storing or facilitating transmission and storage of test contents in any form or any information therein in whole or part thereof or by any means verbal or written, electronic or mechanical or taking away the papers supplied in the examination hall or found to be in unauthorized possession of test content is likely to be prosecuted.
Candidates have to affix their signature and left thumb impression, at the specified space, in the presence of the Invigilator. A candidate is allowed to appear in the exam only once. Multiple appearances will result in cancellation of candidature. In case more than one call letter is generated, then candidates are advised to appear for only against the last successful registration on the date and at the time mentioned on the respective call letter. All other call letters are to be surrendered.

SBI Clerk Exam Pattern - Preliminary exam

In the preliminary exam, candidates have to complete the test in 1 hour. There are 100 questions in total from English, Numerical Ability and Reasoning Ability. Candidates have to answer all questions in each section in 20 minutes each. For each correct answer, candidates will get 1 mark and for each incorrect answer, 1/4th or 0.25 marks will be deducted.

SBI Clerk 2018 Admit Card for Pre-Exam Training
The examination authority arranges pre-examination training only those candidates who have opted for it in the application form. The pre-examination training is arranged before the preliminary exam by Nodal Banks/ Participating Organisations to selected candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribes/ Minority Communities at certain centres of India. The admit card for pre-exam training can be downloaded in online only. All eligible candidates who opted for pre-examination training will be called for exam preparation at designated centres.
