CAPF Application Form 2019 - Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the detailed application form of CAPF Detailed Application Form (DAF) for personality test/interview on October 30, 2019. Candidates can fill DAF till November 13. Earlier, the application form of CAPF for the post of Assistant Commandant was released on April 24, 2019. Candidates could fill the CAPF application form 2019 till May 20 in online mode. CAPF 2019 application form is filled in two parts - Part I and II. In part I of CAPF application form 2019, candidates have to fill the basic details and in part II candidates have to pay the requisite application fee, upload the scanned images, and select the exam centres.

CAPF is conducted for the recruitment of Assistant Commandants (Group A) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) and Border Security Force (BSF).

Documents required to fill CAPF Application Form 2019

Candidates were required to keep the following documents ready with themselves while filling up the application form of CAPF:

Scanned photograph and scanned signature

Credit/Debit card details to pay the online application fee

A personal email ID and mobile number

CAPF Application Form 2019 - Detailed steps to fill the application form

  • Registration

Candidates had to fill in all the basic details - Name, Gender, Email ID, Mobile number, Nationality and other required details. After submission of registration details, a provisional registration number and password was generated. The login details - provisional registration number and password was sent via mail to your registered email ID or displayed on the screen.

  • Part II - Payment of Application Fee

Enter the registration number, date of birth and captcha code to login to part II of CAPF registration. After this, candidates had to pay the requisite CAPF application fee. The application fee can be paid either in online mode (Credit/Debit Card or Internet Banking) or in offline mode (Bank Challan) till the prescribed date. The application fee for respective category was mentioned below:

  • Part II - Uploading of scanned images (Photograph and Signature)

After payment of fee, candidates had to upload their scanned photograph and signature by clicking on the upload button with the prescribed specifications given by the exam conducting authority. Check the prescribed specification given by UPSC to upload the scanned images.

  • Part II - Selection of exam centres

After uploading the images in CAPF application form 2019, candidates had to select any three exam centres from the list of exam centres available.

After finally submitting the application form of CAPF 2019, candidates must save and take a printout of the application form and e-receipt of the online payment for future reference.

CAPF 2019 Application Form - Detailed Application Form (DAF)

The detailed CAPF application form 2019 can be filled only by those candidates who qualify the written exam. In order to fill the detailed application form of CAPF,

  • Candidates have to log in with registration id and password

  • They have to select the post, upload documents like proof of age, educational qualification, community certificate, PH certificate etc. as mentioned in CAPF detailed application form 2019.

CAPF Eligibility Criteria 2019

Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be only eligible to fill the CAPF application form 2019. The eligibility criteria is based on the following requirements:

Age: Candidates who are between 20 to 25 years of age can apply for CAPF.

Educational Qualification: All the aspiring candidates must have a graduation degree from a recognized institute/university by the Government of India.
