
CDS Cut off 2019 - The cut off of CDS is the minimum qualifying marks that candidates have to secure to qualify the exam and become eligible for next round of selection process i.e. Services Selection Board (SSB). As per the notification, candidates have to score minimum percent in each subject in written exam to qualify CDS Cut off 2019 minimum cut off to be eligible for the next round of exam. Based on the analysis of previous year CDS 1 cut off, candidates who had scored a minimum of 20% in each subject has been declared qualified and called for an SSB Interview.
CDS Cut off 2019 marks of written test for IMA, INA and IFA are calculated out of the total score of 300 while for OTA (Men & Women) it is calculated out of 200 marks. UPSC CDS 2019 cut off will be released separately for CDS written exam and SSB Interview where candidates will have to secure qualifying marks in each stage. CDS Cut off 2019 for final selection will be based on the combined score of written and SSB Interview. Based on the final cut off score, examination authority, UPSC will prepare the all India merit list where candidates will be called for training in a respective academy based on their choice/preference. Is there any negative marking in CDS exam?
Yes, there is negative marking in CDS written exam. Each question of CDS exam carries 4 options out of which only 1 option is correct. Candidates who choose the wrong answer will be deducted 0.33 marks for each incorrect answer. However, if a question is left unanswered there will be no negative marking.
CDS Cut off 2019 for Written exam
The cut off score of CDS written exam is the qualifying marks secured by candidates to become eligible for Services Selection Board (SSB). CDS cut off 2019 for written test will be the aggregate marks scored by last qualified candidates as per their category. As per the analysis of CDS last years cut off candidates have to score minimum 20 percent in each subject in written exam to be eligible for CDS 2019. CDS cut off 2019 for written test for IMA, INA and IFA is calculated out of the total score of 300. The cut off score for OTA (Men & Women) is calculated out of 200. What is SSB Interview?
The cut-off score of final selection is the marks secured by candidates in written as well as the Services Selection Board (SSB). The final selection process includes 2 stages. Stage 1 comprises of Officer Intelligence Rating (OIR) tests and picture perception. Only those candidates who qualify at stage 1 will be admitted to the stage 2 whereas the remaining will have to return. Stage 2 comprises of Interview, Group Testing Officer Tasks, Psychology Tests and the Conference which is conducted for four days.
CDS cut off 2019 for Final Selection
The final selection marks are the marks of last recommended candidate according to the post. After adding the marks of written as well as final selection marks the all India merit list is prepared for the admission to the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Indian Naval Academy (INA), Air Force Academy (IFA) and Officers’ Training Academy (OTA). The final CDS cut off 2019 will be released in December.

CDS Result 2019
The result of the CDS 2019 for written exam will be released in March. Candidates will have to obtain minimum qualifying marks in written exam to be eligible for next round of selection process. Shortlisted candidates will have to appear for SSB Interview. Candidates who qualify the written test and SSB interview will be sent for medical examination after the merit list will be prepared by the examination authority based on the total marks secured by candidates.
