Indian Air Force has provided the AFCAT 2 2024 application form correction window from July 5 (11 am) to July 8 (9 am) on the official website. The AFCAT 2 2024 application form apply link was deactivated on June 28, 2024 at afcat.cdac.in/ careerindianairforce.cdac.in. The AFCAT 2 application form 2024 was activated on May 30, 2024 2024. Interested candidates were able to check the eligibility criteria and apply for the AFCAT exam. Candidates applying for exam must have their basic details details such as academic details, contact and bank details beforehand to fill the AFCAT application form 2024.

How to Fill AFCAT Application Form 2024?
The authorities have closed the AFCAT application form apply link 2024 on June 28, 2024. the AFCAT 2 2024 application form online was activated on the official website on May 30, 2024. Candidates can check the following procedure for reference purposes only.
Visit the AFCAT Official Website - afcat.cdac.in
Tap on the ‘Candidate Login’. The AFCAT 02/2024 option was available in the drop-down box. Click on that link.
A new page will be opened on the screen. Click on the ‘Registration’ link available on the page which is first stage of AFCAT 2024 application form
On the next page, the AFCAT 2024 registration form will be available. Fill all the details required in the AFCAT registration form.

After completing the AFCAT 2 application form 2024, click on the sign-up available at the bottom of that page.
Candidates will get the login ID and system-generated password on the registered email ID.
After registration, the application page will be open again. Enter the login ID and system-generated password for the further procedure.
A new page will be displayed on the screen, enter the new password and submit the password.
After logging in, candidates need to choose the post they want to apply for.
Read the instructions, and then click on save and continue after accepting the instructions of AFCAT 2024.
On the next page, the AFCAT 2 application form 2024 will be available. Complete the AFCAT 2024 application form with all the required details.

Step 3: Uploading Photo, Signature and Thumb Impression

If you have forgotten your AFCAT 2024 password, you can retrieve it by following the two options given below
1. Check your email - The password is generally sent by IAF to the candidate’s registered email ID after completing the AFCAT sign up.
2. Use the “Forgot Password” Option
Go to the candidate AFCAT login tab on the homepage of afcat.cdac.in.
Click on the year cycle.
Click on forget the password.
Enter your registered email address.
Your first 4 digits of your phone number will auto-filled.

How Many AFCAT 2024 Exam Centres Are There?
The AFCAT 2024 exam will be held in 104 cities across the country by the IAF. Candidates must fill out five cities in the AFCAT 2024 online application form. Hello,
Yes, you are eligible to sit for the Combined Defence Services (CDS) and Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) exams provided you meet certain criteria. For CDS, you need a degree from a recognized university for Indian Military Academy (IMA) and Officers' Training Academy (OTA), and for the Air Force Academy (AFA), you need a degree with Physics and Mathematics at the 10+2 level or a Bachelor of Engineering. The age limits for CDS are 19–24 years for IMA and INA, 19–24 years for AFA, and 19–25 years for OTA. Candidates between 19 to 25 years of age are eligible to apply for CDS recruitment 2024. Before filling up the application form, aspirants must check UPSC CDS eligibility criteria carefully. CDS exam 2024 for both sessions will be conducted on April 21, 2024 and September 1, 2024.
From now you will get 4-5 attempts of both so don't worry about attempt.give your best in preparation only .

Download it from the official AFCAT website. - Valid Photo ID Proof: Carry a recognized photo ID like an Aadhaar card, PAN card, driver's license, or passport .

No, You do not necessarily need to choose an engineering stream in college to be eligible for CDS or AFCAT exams. As long as you meet the eligibility criteria specified by the exams, you can pursue your desired field of study in college and still appear for these exams. So go ahead and prepare for CDS and AFCAT with your chosen stream.
