The exam authorities announced the SBI Clerk exam dates 2024 on the official website. The SBI Clerk prelims exam is going to be conducted on February 22, 27, 28, & March 1, 2025. The SBI Clerk 2024 exam is held in 2 stages, preliminary and mains. First, the SBI Clerk preliminary exam is held, followed by the mains stage and then the language proficiency test will also be conducted.

The RBA (Resident of Backward Area) certificate in Jammu & Kashmir is a domicile-based reservation and is not the same as OBC (Other Backward Classes) reservation at the central level.
key points ;-
- RBA is a state-specific category in J&K and provides benefits under the J&K government’s reservation policies.
- OBC is a central category, and to claim OBC benefits in SBI Clerk (or any central government job), you need an OBC-NCL (Non-Creamy Layer) certificate issued as per the Central OBC list.
- RBA is NOT recognized as OBC at the central level, so you cannot use an RBA certificate to claim an OBC reservation for the SBI Clerk exam.

However, since your college (ABC) is affiliated with XYZ University, it's important that the certificates or documents you present clearly show the relationship between the two.
To be on the safe side, you can:

Check your documents: Ensure that the university name (XYZ) is correctly mentioned, and that it doesn't cause confusion with your college (ABC).

Include the affiliation information : If possible, mention in your application or provide a separate document stating that your college is affiliated with XYZ University.
