CSIR NET Application Form 2020 - National Testing Agency (NTA) issued a notification in which it has extended the last date for filling the application form of CSIR NET 2020 to May 15. Earlier NTA had released CSIR NET 2020 application form in online mode on March 16 on the official website csirnet.nta.nic.in and the last date to fill application form of CSIR NET 2020 was April 15 (11:50pm). Eligible candidates have to register, upload scanned documents, fill in personal and academic details, and pay the application fee while filling CSIR NET application form 2020. Candidates who apply for CSIR NET can pay the application fee online using debit cards, credit cards, net banking, or UPI. The exam authorities will notify the new dates for the correction window which was earlier from April 18 to 24 during which candidates will be able to make changes in CSIR NET 2020 application form. CSIR NET 2020 Age Relaxation
Before filling the CSIR NET 2020 application form, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria. Candidates can go through the the eligibility criteria mentioned below to see whether they meet the eligibility or mot.
Candidates holding either of the following qualifications can apply for the exam.
An M.Sc. or an equivalent degree or Integrated B.S.-M.S./ B.S./ B.E./ B.Tech./ B.Pharma./ MBBS with at least 55% marks for General and OBC candidates, and 50% marks for SC, ST, and PWD candidates.
Candidates who are enrolled in an M.Sc. programme and have completed their graduation can apply under Result Awaited (RA) category given that they complete their course with the required percentage in two years after the result has been announced.
B.Sc. (Hons) or equivalent degree or candidates enrolled in integrated M.S.-Ph.D programme with at least 55% marks for General & OBC candidates and 50% marks for SC, ST, and PWD.
Candidates with a Master’s degree from before 19th September 1992, with at least 50% marks are eligible to apply for Lectureship only.
Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree cannot apply for the exam.
Candidates must have the following particulars handy before filling the application form of CSIR NET 2020.
Scanned images of photograph and signature
Class 10th and 12th mark sheets, graduation certificate and other academic certificates
Caste certificate (if applicable)
PWD certificate (if applicable)
Candidates whose results are awaited (RA category) have to upload Attestation Form, attested by the HoD from the concerned University/ Institute/ College

Step 1: Online Registration -
Visit the official website - csirnet.nta.nic.in
Click on the application form link on the homepage
Enter personal details like name, date of birth and contact details like email ID, mobile number and address
Your registration number and password will be generated and sent to the email address and phone number that you provided
Step 2: Uploading Scanned Images of Photograph and Signature
In this step, candidates can upload the scanned images of their passport size photograph and signature in the size and format prescribed by the exam body. The details related to the specification have been mentioned in the table above in the article.
Step 3: Filling CSIR NET Application Form Details
Candidates can now enter the details asked in CTET 2020 application form like academic qualifications, choice of subject, exam centres, etc.
Step 4: CSIR NET Application Fee Payment
In this step of CSIR NET application process candidates can pay the application fee online using their debit card, credit card or net banking. CSIR NET application fee is decided category-wise. Candidates can check the application fee from the table below.
Step 5: Preview
Candidates can now preview the application form before finally submitting it.
The exam authorities will provide a correction window of CSIR NET application form 2020 from April 18 to 24. As per the eligibility criteria for CSIR UGC NET the candidate must have completed his or her graduation in in B.Pharma or BE or B. Tech or MSc or MBBS or Integrated BS-MS or any other science degree with at least 55% marks. Since you have a graduate degree in B.Pharma you are eligible to appear for the exam.
