Yes, a B.Com graduate with a 2-year A.T.D. (Art Teacher Diploma) can apply for the CTET exam , provided the diploma is recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) or the respective state education board.

For the Primary Stage (Class I–V) , CTET eligibility requires either:

  • Graduation in any stream with a minimum of 50% marks , along with a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education / D.Ed / BTC , or

  • Senior Secondary (12th) with 50% marks and a recognized 2-year diploma in elementary education.

Since you have 60.08% in B.Com and a 2-year A.T.D. , you meet the academic requirement and can appear for CTET, especially for Art / Drawing teaching subjects .
