SSC MTS Eligibility Criteria 2019 - Staff Selection Commission (SSC) prescribes the of SSC MTS 2019 Eligibility Criteria along with the notification for all the aspiring candidates. eligibility criteria of SSC MTS 2019 include requirements based on nationality, age and educational qualification. SSC MTS 2019 exam for first stage is conducted on August 2 to 22, 2019 in online mode. Authority has provided the information that SSC MTS Result 2019 paper 1 will be released on October 25.

SSC MTS Eligibility Criteria 2019

Candidates have to fulfil the following SSC MTS 2019 eligibility criteria to be eligible for the exam.

SSC MTS Eligibility Criteria - Nationality

A candidate must be either

(a) a citizen of India or

(b) a subject of Nepal or

(c) a subject of Bhutan or

(d) a Tibetan refugee who came over to India, before January 1, 1962, with the intention of permanently settling in India or

(e) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.

Provided that candidates belonging to (b), (c), (d) and (e) categories mentioned above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.

Note: Candidates in whose case a certificate of eligibility is necessary will be allowed to appear for the exam but the offer of appointment will be provided only after the certificate has been issued by the government.

SSC MTS Eligibility Criteria 2019 - Age Limit

As per the SSC MTS eligibility criteria 2019, candidates must be between 18 to 25 years. The date of birth to be entered by candidates in the application form should be the same as recorded in Class 10/Matriculation/Secondary examination certificate. SSC MTS Eligibility Criteria 2019 - Educational Qualification

Candidates who have passed in class 10th examination or equivalent from a recognized Board by the Government of India or equivalent recognized by Central Govt. Candidates whose result is awaited or are appearing in the exam can also apply but they need to produce all the relevent documents by August 1, 2019 (if shortlisted for Document Verification).

Also, candidates who have been declared qualified by the Commission for Document Verification have to produce the required certificates as proof.

SSC MTS Application Form 2019

The exam conducting body has provided the facility to check application status from June 16. The application form of SSC MTS was available from April 22 to May 29 in online mode. To fill SSC application form, candidates have to register (Part 1) of application form whereas select SSC MTS exam centres, pay the application in Part 2 of the application form. SSC MTS application form 2019 fee can be paid both online and offline via Credit/Debit card or net banking and bank challan.
