SBI Clerk Application Form 2019 – State Bank of India will release the application form of SBI Clerk 2019 along with the notification. Candidates who wish to appear for the exam can register and fill the SBI Clerk application form 2019 in online mode from third week of January. Also, they are advised to check the complete eligibility criteria before moving forward to fill the SBI Clerk application form 2019. The application process involves five steps - registration, uploading of photograph & signature, filling of basic details, preview and fee payment of Rs. 600 for General/OBC and Rs. 100 for ST/SC/XS category.

How to fill SBI Clerk Application Form 2019?

 

To fill the online application form of SBI Clerk 2019, candidates must follow the steps given below:

Step 1: Registration (Basic information)

The first step to fill the SBI Clerk application form 2019 is registration. Candidates need to register by entering their name, email ID, date of birth and phone number. After completing the registration process, a provisional registration number and password will be displayed on the screen. Candidates must make sure that all the details entered should be correct especially the email ID and phone number as all the communication regarding exam will be sent to the same.

Step 2 – Uploading of signature and photograph

 

In this step, candidates will have to upload their photograph and signature as per the specifications given in the notification. Separate links will be provided to upload photograph and signature in the SBI Clerk application form 2019. Candidates will not able to submit the application form without uploading the photograph and signature.

 

Specifications to be followed while uploading photograph

  • The photograph must be coloured and taken against a white or any light background

  • The photograph must be taken recently

  • The size of the scanned photograph must be between 20kb-50kb

  • The dimension of the photograph must be 200x230 pixels

  • Candidates who wear glasses must make sure that their eyes are visible and no reflection is there

  • In case, candidates are using flash ensure that there is no red-eye

Specifications to be followed while uploading signature

  • The size of the scanned signature must be between 10kb-20kb

  • The dimension of the signature should be 140x160 pixels

  • Candidates have to sign with a black pen on a white paper

  • The signature should not be done in capital letters

Step 3 – Filling up of basic details

 

In this step, candidates are required to enter details such as age, educational qualification, the name of the post applied for, gender, father’s name, correspondence address, they also need to choose exam centres for prelims and mains and enter the languages known to the candidates.

Corresponding Address:  Candidates have to enter their permanent and temporary address so that they can be intimated at the time final selection.

Educational Qualification: Candidates have to enter their educational details like subject studied, year of passing, marks scored etc. After filling up all the required details they have to sign the declaration form by clicking on the ‘I Agree’ box.

Step 4 – Preview of Application Form

 

After filling up of all the details, candidates are advised to go through the application form of SBI Clerk 2019 and make sure that there are no spelling errors in name or other information. They can also make some important changes if required. Once the application form has been submitted then no changes can be made. After the preview, proceed to the next step. 

 

Step 5 – SBI Clerk 2019 Application Form Fees

 

After successfully completing all the process can have to pay the application fee of SBI Clerk 2019. The payment can be done in online mode only by using the Internet Banking or Credit/Debit Card. The application fee of SBI Clerk is mentioned in the table below:

After final submission, candidates must take a printout of application form of SBI Clerk 2019 and save the copy of same and also e-receipt for future reference. Ans. To know whether a candidate’s application is saved or not, they need to go to the official page to re-print their application form of SBI Clerk/e-receipt. After that, take a printout and also save a soft copy for future reference.

Q. Do I have to send the hard copy of SBI Clerk application form 2019 to the authorities?

Ans. No. The candidates are not required to send the print out of the filled SBI Clerk 2019 application form to the authorities.
