CTET Result 2020 - Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will announce the CTET 2020 result for July session in online mode on the official website ctet.nic.in. CTET result will be announced for both papers - paper I and II. Candidates will be able to download their respective result of CTET 2020 for July session by using their roll numbers. CTET result 2020 will contain the name of the candidate, roll number, father's and mother's name, and marks secured by the candidates. Candidates securing marks equal to or more than the minimum qualifying marks will only be considered CTET qualified. As per the CTET 2020 cut off, candidates securing marks equal to or more than 60% (general) and 55% (reserved category) will be considered qualified. CTET Qualifying Marks
In order to qualify the eligibility test, candidates must secure marks, equal to or more than the minimum qualifying marks determined by the exam conducting authority. As per the qualifying marks, general category candidates securing 60% marks while reserved category candidates securing 55% marks will be considered qualified in CTET result 2020. Since the test is held for a total of 150 marks, candidates have to secure 90 marks (general) and 82.5 marks (reserved category) to qualify.

All those candidates who will qualify in the CTET 2020 exam will be issued an eligibility certificate. The eligibility certificate issued to the qualified candidates will be valid for life time from the date of CTET result 2020 declaration.

CTET Cut Off 2020
Candidates will have to secure the minimum cut off of CTET in order to be considered eligible. The CTET cut off is determined in the form of qualifying marks which the candidate must secure as per their category. As per the CTET cut off marks, candidates belonging to the general category have to secure marks equal to or more than 60% marks out of a total 150 marks. However, the reserved category candidates have to secure marks equal to or more than 55% marks.
Central Teachers Eligibility Test is conducted twice a year - July and December. CTET 2020 was scheduled to be held on July 5 in offline mode which has now been postponed to January 31. The test will be held for two papers - paper I (for class 1 to 5 teachers) and II (for class 6 to 8 teachers). As per previous years CTET result declaration, a total of 5,42,285 candidates qualified in December 2019 test wherein 2,47,386 and 2,94,899 candidates qualified for paper I and paper II respectively. However, in the result of CTET June 2019 exam, there were a total of 1,78,273 and 1 ,26,968 candidates who qualified in paper I and II respectively.
