APSC Answer Key 2018 – Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) has released the exam dates of mains exam. The mains exam has been postponed for the dates July 22, 23, 25, 27, 29, 31, 2019. However, the exam which is to held from August 2, 4, 6, 8, 9, 2019 ha not been changed. APSC will soon announce new dates for the exam which have been postponed. How to calculate score using APSC Answer Key 2018?

To calculate the probable score, candidates will have to follow the marking scheme prescribed by the examination authority. The marking scheme is explained below.

  • For correct answer in each paper, candidates will score 2 marks.

  • Candidates total marks will depend on the number of correct answers in the exam.

  • Total marks of each paper will be calculated out of 200.

APSC 2018 Exam Pattern

The preliminary examination consists of two objective type papers – general studies and optional paper. Each paper will be held for two hours duration. The test will carry 400 marks.

APSC result 2018 of the preliminary exam has been released on March 13, 2019. Based on the result of the Preliminary exam, candidates 11 to 12 times the number of vacancies have been selected for the mains exam. APSC Combined Competitive Examination is conducted for recruitment of candidates to various posts in departments like Assam Land & Revenue Service, Assam Police Service, Superintendent of Taxes, Superintendent of Excise, Labour Inspector, Inspector of Taxes and Inspector of Excise. As many as 261 vacancies will be filled through this examination.
