NTA mentions the normalization procedure used for calculating score of the CSIR NET in its official information brochure. The normalisation method to calculate score is to ensure equivalence on account of difficulty levels of the different shifts of the exam. Once NTA declares the CSIR NET result 2020, candidates will be issued the eligibility certificates for Lectureship and Junior Research Fellowship (JRF). The certificate will be valid for a period of 2 years from the CSIR NET result date.
Only those candidates can apply for the eligibility certificate who qualify as per the CSIR NET result 2020. Candidates must send self-attested photocopies of their documents along with their applications.
