Applicants who have successfully completed the application process can download their hall ticket. Steps to download the admit card of UPSC CMS 2020 are as follows:

On that page click on the CMS call letter link.
After clicking on the CMS hall ticket link applicants will be redirected to a new page.
Here the applicants will have to choose a login option either a registration number or roll number.

According to the educational eligibility criteria for cms exam notified by upsc in 2019 -
" A candidate who has yet to complete the compulsory rotating internship is educationally eligible for admission to the examination but on selection he/she will be appointed only after he/she has completed the compulsory rotating internship."
So you can appear for cms exam but if you get selected you have to complete the 1 year internship.

According to the latest updates UPSC CMS 2020 exam is supposed to be held in month of July and till now there is no any official announcement for its postponement.
