- The selection is heavily based on a written MCQ Recruitment Examination. However, specific specialized roles require a two-stage screening process:
- Clerical/Steno Roles: Written Exam + Skill/Typing/Shorthand Test.
- Police/Home Guard Units: Written Exam + a subsequent Physical Measurement Test conducted by the respective department.
