CTET Exam Pattern 2018
- The exam pattern of CTET Paper 1 & 2 is available online.
- All questions in CTET will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), with four alternatives out of which one answer will be correct.
- There will be two papers of CTET - Paper I will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes I to V while Paper II will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes VI to VIII.
- If a candidate wishes to be a teacher for both levels (classes I to V and classes VI to VIII) will have to appear in both the papers (Paper I and Paper II).

How to calculate CTET 2018 scores?
After checking the CTET 2018 answer keys candidates must go through the exam pattern of CTET 2018 to know the marking scheme of the exam. The procedure to calculate CTET scores is given below:
Check the number of options you have marked correctly in the exam
For each correct answer, candidates will get one mark
There is no negative marking in CTET 2018 for incorrect responses
Total marks out of 150 = (Number of correct answers) x (1)

CTET OMR Sheet 2018
CBSE will release the OMR sheet for all candidates who appeared in CTET 2018. The OMR sheet can be downloaded by candidates within a given period of time. To download CTET OMR Sheet candidates have to enter their roll number in the login window. With the help of OMR sheet candidates can match their responses with CTET answer key 2018. Candidates can also get a photocopy of their OMR Sheet by paying an amount of Rs.500 per OMR. The fee can be paid through Demand Draft in favour of Secretary, Central Board of Secondary Education drawn on any Nationalized Bank and payable at Delhi.
Request for re-checking, re-assessment, re-evaluation or scrutiny of CTET 2018 OMR Answer Sheets will not be accepted by CBSE.
CTET Cut Off 2018 - Qualifying Marks
CBSE will release the CTET qualifying cut off marks. The CTET Cutoff is the minimum qualifying marks that the candidates must obtain to qualify the entrance test. As per previous years CTET cutoff, the qualifying marks of CTET is 60 % and above. The CTET eligibility certificate will be issued to only those candidates who score the minimum qualifying marks or above.
Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will declare the result of CTET in December 2018. The CTET result 2018 will display the qualifying status of the candidates. The CTET 2018 result will also Roll Number, Name, Father’s and Mother’s name, Category, Subject, Mark, Obtained in each subject, Candidates can check their CTET 2018 result online by logging with their roll number. Candidates securing more than or equal to CTET cut off will be declared qualified in CTET exam.
