CTET Answer Key 2019 - Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will release the CTET 2019 answer key in PDF format in December at ctet.nic.in. The answer key of CTET 2019 will be released for both paper I and II. CTET answer key 2019 will contain only the correct answers options for both papers separately. Along with the CTET 2019 answer key, the board will also publish the candidate response sheet through which they can cross check their answers with the answer key PDF. The authorities will also provide the facility to raise challenge on CTET 2019 answer key in case of discrepancy. After scrutiny, the board will release the final answer key on the basis of which the result for CTET will be announced.

CTET 2019 will be held on December in offline mode. The exam is conducted for two papers - paper I and II. The test for a paper I is conducted for those candidates who wish to become teachers in classes 1 to 5 whereas paper II will be conducted for those who wish to become teachers in classes 6 to 8.

How to download the CTET Answer Key 2019?

In order to download the answer key of CTET, candidates must follow the steps given below:

  1. Go to the official website of CBSE
  2. Click on 'View image of OMR Sheet, View and Challenge Answer Keys CTET July 2019'.
  3. The link redirects you to options of two login window
  4. Click on 'Downloading of OMR Sheet and Answer Key for CTET July 2019
  5. Enter roll number & date of birth
  6. Choose the paper Set which was provided on exam day.
  7. CTET Answer key appears on the screen in PDF file.
  8. Check the answers mentioned in the answer key of CTET.
  9. Download CTET answer key 2019 for future references.

Along with the release of the answer key of CTET, the authority will also released the candidates' response sheet or the OMR sheet. CTET OMR sheet will contain the response of the candidates to each question asked in the exam. CTET 2019 Answer Key - In case of discrepancies

In case any candidate finds discrepancy in the CTET 2019 answer key, then he/she can raise objections and challenge the answer key. To submit challenges, candidates will have to login with roll number and date of birth. Along with the submission of the CTET answer key 2019 challenge, candidates have also have to pay Rs. 1000 for each question as determined by the examination authority. CBSE will then scrutinize the answer key of CTET and release the final answer key. On the basis of CTET final answer key 2019, the authority will announce the result.

CTET Answer key 2019 - Calculation of Scores

In order to calculate the scores by referring to the CTET 2019 answer keys, candidates must go through the exam pattern to know the marking scheme. As per the marking scheme of CTET, the exam is conducted for 150 questions of 1 mark each. Since there is no negative marking, candidates can follow the formula given below to calculate their expected marks.

Benefits of CTET Answer Key 2019

Candidates must check the answer key of CTET 2019 since it is important for the candidates who take CTET examination. The answer key can help the candidates in the following ways:

CTET Result 2019

In the CTET exam conducted in June 2019, there were 1,78,273 out of 10,73,545 candidates who qualified for Primary School Teacher and 1,26,968 out of 8,78,425 candidates qualified for Middle School Teacher.

CTET Cut off 2019

Candidates must secure marks equal to or more than the minimum cut off of CTET in order to pass the exam. CTET cut off is released in the form of qualifying marks. As per the qualifying marks of CTET, candidates belonging to the general category must score 60% marks in the CTET. Since the exam is held for a total of 150 marks, candidates scoring score more than or equal to 90 marks are considered qualified and are awarded the eligibility certificate.

Frequently Asked Question (FAQs) - CTET Answer Key 2019

Question: I do not remember few of the answers that I have attempted. How do I check my answers?

Answer:

In case you not sure of which answer option you have chosen while answering the test, you can download the candidates' response sheet or the OMR sheet which has been released by CBSE @ctet.nic.in along with the CTET 2019 answer key 2019. The response sheet contains the answers attempted by you. You can further crosscheck it with the answers mentioned in the answer key and them figure out whether you need to raise challenge or not.

Question: I do not remember a few answers options that I have chosen in the test. How can I raise challenge in case I find the discrepancy in the answer key?

Answer:

The examination authority might release the final answer key within ten days from the last day of CTET answer key challenge date.

Question: Within how many days will the authority resolve the discrepancies in the provisional answer key?

Answer:

Till now, there is no limit decided by the exam conducting body about the number of attempts for CTET. You can appear for the CTET exam as many times as you want until you succeed.

Question: How many times can I take the CTET exam?

Answer:

Not necessarily. You may appear for both the papers - the paper I and II only if you wish to become teachers of classes 1 to 8. If you wish to become a teacher for classes 1 to 5, then you must take only paper I and paper II is for classes 6 to 8.

Question: Will I have to appear for both the papers of CTET 2019?

Answer:

It is not necessary for you to take both papers - paper I and II. If you wish to become teacher for classes 1 to 5, then you must take only paper I. Similarly, if you wish to become teacher for classes 6 to 9, then you must appear for paper II only. For candidates who wish to be come teachers from classes 1 to 8, only those candidates have to take test for both papers - paper I and II.

Examination date for CTET examination is on December 8th. Both the papers are conducted on the same date.

Hello Abhya,

Since it is clearly mentioned in the CTET 2019 notification for the December exam, that no request for change of medium will be entertained under any circumstances, you will have to take the test in that medium only which you have opted. Try and make it happen, if not you may appear again in CTET 2020 June session and choose your medium wisely.

You are asking an incomplete or improper question.

As of now Aadhar card is mandatory in most of the exams similarly for CTET you have to fill your Aadhar card also and talking about is it valid or not. If you fill up your correct details in the form then it is of course valid.

Documents to keep ready before filling CTET Application Form 2019

In order to fill the application form of CTET 2019, candidates must keep the following documents ready with themselves:

Valid email ID
Active mobile number
Bank details ( for online payment)
Scanned photograph and signature (prescribed specification)
Certificates of education qualification
Photo ID proofs
