CTET Answer Key 2019 - Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released official CTET 2019 answer key on December 23 in online mode at ctet.nic.in. The answer key of CTET 2019 is released for both paper I and II separately. Candidates can check the provisional CTET answer key 2019 and if they find any discrepancy in the answers then candidates can raise the objections till December 25, 2019. CTET 2019 answer key contains the correct answers options for both papers separately. Along with the answer key CTET 2019, the board has also published the candidate response sheet through which they can cross-check their answers with the answer key PDF. After scrutiny, the board will release the final CTET answer key 2019. Candidates who secure marks equal to or more than the minimum qualifying marks will be considered CTET qualified.Latest: CTET 2020 Application Form to be released on Jan 24.
CTET 2019 was held on December 8 in offline mode. The exam was conducted for two papers - paper I and II. The test for paper I was conducted for those candidates who wished to become teachers in classes 1 to 5 whereas paper II was conducted for those who wished to become teachers in classes 6 to 8.

In order to download the answer key of CTET, candidates must follow the steps given below:
Along with the release of the answer key of CTET, the authority will also release the candidates' response sheet or the OMR sheet. CTET OMR sheet will contain the response of the candidates to each question asked in the exam. By going through the OMR sheet of CTET, candidates will be able to recall what answers they have given in the exam and also crosscheck it with that of the actual answers in the answer key.
In case any candidate finds a discrepancy in the CTET 2019 answer key, then he/she can raise objections and challenge the answer key. To submit challenges, candidates will have to log in with roll number and date of birth. Along with the submission of the CTET answer key 2019 challenge, candidates also have to pay Rs. 1000 for each question as determined by the examination authority. CBSE will then scrutinize the answer key of CTET and release the final answer key. On the basis of CTET final answer key 2019, the authority will announce the result.

In order to calculate the scores by referring to the CTET 2019 answer keys, candidates must go through the exam pattern to know the marking scheme. As per the marking scheme of CTET, the exam is conducted for 150 questions of 1 mark each. Since there is no negative marking, candidates can follow the formula given below to calculate their expected marks.

Candidates must check the answer key of CTET 2019 since it is important for the candidates who take the CTET examination. The answer key can help the candidates in the following ways:
The examination authority will announce the result of CTET in December 2019. CTET result 2019 will be announced for both papers I and II. To download the result, candidates will have to use their login credentials - roll number in the result login window. Only those candidates will qualify in the CTET exam who will secure the minimum qualifying marks determined by CBSE. In the CTET exam conducted in June 2019, there were 1,78,273 out of 10,73,545 candidates who qualified for Primary School Teacher and 1,26,968 out of 8,78,425 candidates qualified for Middle School Teachers.
Candidates must secure marks equal to or more than the minimum cut off of CTET in order to pass the exam. CTET cut off is released in the form of qualifying marks. As per the qualifying marks of CTET, candidates belonging to the general category must score 60% marks in the CTET. Since the exam is held for a total of 150 marks, candidates scoring score more than or equal to 90 marks are considered qualified and are awarded the eligibility certificate.

In case you not sure of which answer option you have chosen while answering the test, you can download the candidates' response sheet or the OMR sheet which has been released by CBSE @ctet.nic.in along with the CTET 2019 answer key 2019. The examination authority might release the final answer key within ten days from the last day of CTET answer key challenge date.

Similarly, if you wish to become teacher for classes 6 to 9, then you must appear for paper II only.
