State Bank of India has provided the detailed SBI PO 2024 eligibility criteria in the official notification at sbi.co.in. According to the SBI PO eligibility criteria 2024, the age limit for candidates must be between 21 to 30 years of age. Candidates must hold a graduation degree to apply for SBI PO exam. SBI PO Eligibility Criteria 2024 - Nationality
As per the eligibility criteria of SBI PO 2024, only Indians can apply for the exam.
SBI PO 2024 Eligibility Criteria - Age limit
As mentioned in the eligibility criteria, the minimum SBI PO age limit is 21 years while the maximum is 30 years. Candidates must not be born later than April 1, 2003, and not earlier than April 2, 1994. There is upper-age relaxation given to candidates who belong to reserved categories. According to the SBI PO 2024 eligibility criteria, the academic qualification required is graduation in any discipline (BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BCA, B.Tech, etc.) from a recognised university. Aspirants in the final Year/Semester of graduation can also apply however, they will have to produce a proof of having passed the graduation examination during the SBI PO interview round.

Other than the SBI PO 2024 eligibility as mentioned above, aspirants must also go through the following points -
Their visual acuity must not exceed 6/18 or less than 20/60 up to 3/60 upto 10/200 (Snellen).
Limitation of field vision subtending an angle less than 40 degrees up to 10 degrees.
Deaf - Aspirants must have 70 DB hearing loss in speech frequencies in both ears.
Hard of hearing - Aspirants must have 60 DB to 70 DB hearing loss in speech frequencies in both ears.
Under the 'd' and 'e' categories, aspirants who suffer from either Specific Learning Disability, Mental Illness and Multiple Disabilities amongst LD, VI, SLD and MI are eligible to apply.
Aspirants belonging to the OBC category but not coming from 'CREAMY LAYER' will not be eligible for OBC reservation and age relaxation. These candidates will have to mention their category as 'GEN' or 'GEN (LD)' or 'GEN (VI)' or 'GEN (HI)' or 'GEN (d&e)'
The eligibility criteria and date of birth proof will have to be produced by aspirants for verification on the date of the interview. If they fail to showcase the documents, they will not be able to appear in the interview round. Hence, it is advised to arrange the original documents like SBI PO educational qualification, proof of age limit for SBI PO, caste certificate (if belong to a specific category) and showcase it.

The last date to submit the SBI PO application form 2024 has been extended till January 19, 2025. The SBI PO 2024 application form was released on December 27, 2024 in online mode on their official website, sbi.co.in. While applying, aspirants have to fill in all their necessary details like name, gender, DOB, father's name, academic qualification, upload scanned documents like passport size photograph and signature after which they have to pay the application fee before clicking on submit.

It is unlikely to create a problem during the document verification (DV) process, as long as the university name on your certificates matches the details provided in your application form. However, since your college (ABC) is affiliated with XYZ University, it's important that the certificates or documents you present clearly show the relationship between the two.
To be on the safe side, you can:

Check your documents: Ensure that the university name (XYZ) is correctly mentioned, and that it doesn't cause confusion with your college (ABC).

Include the affiliation information : If possible, mention in your application or provide a separate document stating that your college is affiliated with XYZ University.

To apply for the SBI PO exam, candidates must hold a graduate degree from an accredited institution in any field. Applicants for the SBI PO exam 2025 may potentially be in their final year of education.
According to government regulations, candidates must be between the ages of 21 and 30 to be eligible for the SBI-PO test. Age relaxation is only granted to Reserved categories.

The list of SBI PO test locations is released by State Bank of India (SBI). The test cities are announced by the examination authorities concurrently with the SBI PO notice. When completing the SBI PO application form, candidates must select one test city for both the preliminary and main tests.
