SSC JE Exam Pattern 2019 – The exam pattern of SSC JE provide details regarding mode of exam, total marks, duration, sections and marking scheme. Computer Base Mode
The Paper 1 of SSC JE is likely to be conducted in April 2019. The paper is divided into three parts and carries objective type questions. Part 1 is General Intelligence Reasoning, part 2 is General Awareness and part 3 is General Engineering for Civil & Structural, Electrical and Mechanical. The test will carry total 50 questions. Total marks allotted for the exam is 200. For each wrong answer 0.25 marks is deducted.

The paper 2 of SSC JE is written examination where candidates can only attempt the part filled in the application form like civil & structural or electrical or mechanical. Candidates who are shortlisted on the basis of paper 1 exam are eligible to appear for paper 2 exam. The total marks in this paper is 300 and there is no negative marking for incorrect answer. In this paper candidates are allowed to bring their own Slide–Rule, Calculator, Logarithm Tables and Steam.
General Engineering (Civil & Structural)
There is prescribed syllabus released by SSC for paper 1 and 2 exam of SSC JE 2019 exam. Candidates have to appear for paper 1 exam which has three sections where General Intelligence
