In order to be eligible for SBI Clerk exam 2020, candidates must be of a certain age limit. A candidate must be between the age of 20 to 28 years as on January 1, 2020 as per the eligibility criteria of SBI Clerk 2020. Candidates must be born between January 2, 1992, and January 1, 2000. SBI Clerk Eligibility Criteria 2020 - Important points
There are certain age relaxations provided by the examination authority to candidates belonging to the reserved category as per the SBI Clerk 2020 eligibility criteria.
These relaxations, if sought are availed only on the submission of necessary documents at the time of joining.
Cumulative age relaxation is not available either under or in combination with any other categories.
Candidates with integrated dual degree (IDD) certificate should ensure that the date of passing the IDD is on or before January 1, 2020.
Candidates in the final year/ semester of their graduation may also apply provisionally. However, SBI Clerk 2020 eligibility criteria states that they will have to produce proof of having passed the graduation examination on or before January 1, 2020.
Matriculate Ex-servicemen who have obtained the Indian Army Special Certificate of Education or corresponding certificate in the Navy or Air Force, after having completed not less than 15 years of service in Armed Forces of the Union are also eligible for the post of SBI Clerk 2020. Such certificates should also be dated on or before January 1, 2020.
As per the eligibility criteria of SBI 2020, candidates who are employed in SBI either in Clerical or Officer cadre are not eligible to apply. Candidates who were earlier employed in SBI and resigned from the Bank while in clerical or officer cadre will also be not eligible to apply for SBI Clerk 2020 exam.
SBI Clerk Application Form 2020
SBI has released the SBI Clerk 2020 application form along with the detailed notification on January 3. Aspirants meeting the SBI Clerk eligibility criteria 2020 could register themselves and apply online for the vacant posts. SBI Clerk application 2020 form can be filled by graduates between 20 to 28 years of age as on January 1, 2020, in online mode. The last date for the application of SBI Clerk 2020 was January 26. Candidates could apply for vacancies in one state only. Those candidates who are proficient in the local language of the state applying for can fill the SBI Clerk application form 2020.
SBI Clerk Exam Pattern 2020
The exam is held in two stages - prelims and mains ss per SBI Clerk 2020 exam pattern. Both these tests are conducted online. The questions are set in English and Hindi except for the test in English. There will be negative marks for wrong answers in the Objective tests of SBI Clerk 2020. 1/4th of mark assigned for question will be deducted for each wrong answer. Candidates are required to score a minimum percentage mark on aggregate (For SC/ST/OBC/PWD/XS candidates, 5% relaxation available thereon). The bank will decide the minimum qualifying marks on aggregate for the SBI Clerk 2020 recruitment. No minimum qualifying marks for individual test are prescribed for SBI Clerk 2020 . Merit list will be drawn state wise and category wise. Candidates qualified in SBI Clerk main examination will be placed.

Age limit criteria for SBI clerk and IBPS exam is candidate should be minimum of 20 years and maximum of 28 years.
Therefore, candidate should have not born before 02/01/1992 and not later than 01/01/2000 for SBI clerk 2020 and IBPS clerk 2020 exam.
According to your date of birth you are eligible for IBPS clerk 2020 and SBI clerk 2020 exam but not for 2021 exam.

SC/ST :-5 years
OBC(non creamy layer) :- 3years

The upper age limit for IBPS clerk is 28 years as on September 1, 2020. So you are eligible for IBPS Clerk 2020. In 2021 your age will be 29 years as on September 1, 2021 which makes you ineligible but there are relaxations given for reserved categories. So check the following relaxation reservation wise
- OBC-NCL: 3 years Relaxation
- SC/ST: 5 years Relaxation
- PWD:10 years Relaxation
- Widows, Divorced women, women legally separated who have not remarried :9 years Relaxation
- Domicile of J&K from January 1, 1980- December 31, 1989: 5 years Relaxation
- Persons affected from 1984 riots: 5 years Relaxation
- Regular employees of union carbide factory, Bhopal retrenched from service( only applicable for Madhya Pradesh): 5 years
So, if you belong to any of these categories then you can claim relaxation. Relaxation is given for Upper age limit.

Sir I am 21 years old and still not having any goal i am graduate but from local college as i wasted 3 years not went to college neither done anything is as per my situation one who is weak in everything having low English can even crack sbi clerk in a year preparation from scratch i really doubt ?
First of all, keep your hopes high. You've got the chance on this Earth as a human, that means you are able to do what you aspire, condition is that you should be determined and dedicated hard worker.
Feeling lost and hopeless sometimes is common, but you need to keep your will power strong enough, so that you can prevent this sadness from overpowering your soul.
Confide in a person (you said you've no friends, no problem, make one or talk to any of your peer sibling/cousin). Believe me, opening your feelings infront of someone helps a lot. The person will comfort you and suggest you from his own point of view.
If you feel that you can't crack the desired exam, keep it aside for a while and give yourself a new headstart with that exam as a challenge of life and you can do whatever you want to do.
