Eligibility criteria of SBI clerk 2021 on the basis of age is listed below:
Candidates must not be under the age of 20 years (as at 01 April 2021)
The maximum age of applicants does not exceed 28 years (as of 01 April 2021)
Even though the State Bank of India still offers various age relaxations for candidates belonging to the reserved group. To clarify the age relaxation scenario for various groups, refer to the table below:

SBI Clerk Eligibility Criteria 2021 - Education Qualification (As on August 31, 2021)
Applicants willing to apply for the 2021 SBI clerk examination must have a graduation degree from any field.
Candidates appearing in the last graduation semester can also apply for the 2021 SBI clerk exam, but they will have to include their graduation passing certificates in the final round of the interview at the time of the document verification post.
In order to prove their understanding of that particular language, candidates must know the local language and should produce the 10th mark sheet/certificate.
Applicants must have good skills in English speaking and writing.
The passing date for a dual degree should be before 31 August 2021, in the case of an applicant holding a dual degree.
Candidates can fill in the application form after fulfilling the above-mentioned SBI clerk eligibility criteria 2021.
Who can not appear for SBI Clerk 2021?
Candidates who have already served in SBI or who have previously worked in SBI in the Clerical or Officer cadre are not qualified to apply.
Applicants who have an adverse reaction to their character and history, moral turpitude, etc. are therefore not qualified to apply.
Tax evaders who do not pay credit/credit card bills or have a negative CIBIL score will not be named even after they have been picked.

Don't think of it like that. Every exam is tough and have some hardness. You shouldn't be feel like this. You are 21 and you have 7 years more to participate in the exams. You shouldn't think of it like this. Take it in a positive way. Clear your mind and start reading according to the syllabus. Practice more problems and don't compare yourself with others. You can do it until and unless you stop trying for it.

As far as bank exams(Probationary and Clerk posts) are concerned , any candidate in age group of 20-30 can sit for the exam if he/she has a valid undergraduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university. So in railways , you can apply for non technical posts which require either graduation or 12th qualification. Technical posts will require technical degrees such as engineering as qualification ,so you may not be eligible for that. The average age limit for the various exams is at 18 minimum and about 32-33 years at maximum. Similar to bank exams , the age relaxation is provided to some reserved categories. The upper age limit to appear for SBI clerk entrance exam is 28 years. And the upper age limit to appear for IBPS clerk entrance exam is 28 years as on September 1st of the year in which the candidate is appearing for the exam. Relaxation on upper age limit is given to reserved categories. You haven't mentioned you category assuming that you belong to general category you are not eligible to appear for SBI CLERK 2021 or IBPS CLERK 2021 since your age as of today is 28 years 1 month 4 days.
The relaxation is as follows for SBI CLERK exam
- OBC: 3 years
- SC: 5 years
- General PWD: 10 years
- OBC PWD: 13 years
- SC/ST PWD: 15 years.

I did my second year bsc in 2019 but got supply in one subject unfortunately I couldnt sit for the supply exam and had to take a year gap and appear for super supply exam 2020 of that subject and now passing it I am a third year grad student I want to apply for sbi clerk exam 2021 am I eligible
As long as you are eligible for the exam, that is, satisfy all the eligibility criterias required for the exam, you can apply for the exam. The eligibility criteria for SBI clerk exam 2021 states that the candidate must have completed graduation in any relevant subject discipline from a recognised university and must be between 20 to 28 years of age. If you feel you are eligible, you can apply for the exam. There's no problem as such regarding year if exam.
