The Railway Recruitment Boards has released the application form of RRB NTPC 2024 on its region-wise websites on September 14, 2024 (graduate posts) and for undergraduate level on September 21, 2024. No its not okay to upload BC certificate instead of OBC certificate as rrb NTPC clearly defines the rules of obc certificate which states that the certificate must be issued by an authorized authority, such as a District Magistrate, Collector, Deputy Commissioner, or Revenue Officer and it must be under non creamy layer.
You should obtain certificate of obc non creamy layer then apply to rrb NTPC to avail the benefit of reservation quota.
Moreover,the difference between certificate is that Other Backward Classes certificate is issued to communities listed as OBC by the Indian government and BC are only recognised by government of india which is not accepted by many exa
