Nationality: An Indian or Candidates from Nepal, Bhutan and Tibetan refugee, Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka and East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire and Ethiopia or Vietnam are also eligible if they have the certificate of eligibility issued by Indian Government.

Candidates who are between 18 to 33 years of age can apply for Graduate level Posts whereas candidates between 18 to 30 years can apply for Under Graduate Level Posts. RRB NTPC Application Form 2019

The application form of RRB NTPC 2019 is available from March 1 to 31, 2019 where the application form can be submitted till April 12. To apply for RRB NTPC, candidates have to register, enter their personal details, educational details and upload scanned photograph, signature and pay the application fee. Candidates belonging to OBC and General categories have to pay Rs. 500 whereas SC/ST/Minorities/Transgenders/PWD and female need to pay Rs. 250. The application fee can be paid through online and offline mode through Debit Card/Internet Banking or Challan.
