Nationality: The candidate should be a citizen of India.
Academic Qualification: Candidates must have cleared Class 10th from a recognized board. Candidates appearing for the Class 10th exam are not eligible to apply for the exam.
Candidates must be of the age between 18 and 23. The maximum age limit required for candidates allowed is 23. However, after a relaxation of three years in upper age, the candidate should not have been born earlier than January 2, 1997.
Note: Due to the unprecedented ‘Covid Pandemic’, it has been decided by the Government to grant three (03) years age relaxation beyond the respective prescribed upper age limit for all categories of candidates as one-time measure for this recruitment.
However, there are certain age relaxations provided for candidates belonging to reserved categories as per the government norms the following criteria are discussed in the table below :

Hope you are doing great ! Yes no problem if you are a sc Candidate of 168 cm with ncc certificate then you can qualify for pst but some problem can be occur because 170 cm height is required so you must do something for that too .

There can be lots of examination centres for different different kinds of examinations not only in Shimoga, but also for each and every city and town. But if you are talking about CA entrance then as per my knowledge the examination centre can be Acharya Tulsi National College of commerce.
