    • The subject of Bhutan or

    • The subject of Nepal or

    • A Tibetan refugee who moved to India, before January 1, 1962, to permanently settle in India, or

    • Indian origin who migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East

    • African countries like Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention to settle in India permanently.
