    • Candidate must possess a Degree through Regular Mode in B.E. /B.Tech. (Civil), without ATKT in the last year or last two semesters from a recognized University duly approved by UGC/AICTE. Candidate should have a minimum average of 55% marks in the last year/ last two semesters.

    • Candidate must possess knowledge of Computer Operations and a good command over English and Gujarati Language.

    • Candidates must be within the age limit between 18 and 35 years.

    Junior Assistant (Electrical)

    • Candidate must possess a Degree through Regular Mode in B.E. (Electrical) /B.Tech. (Electrical)/ B.E. Electrical and Electronics i.e. (E.E.E.), without ATKT in the last year or last two semesters from a recognized University duly approved by UGC/AICTE. Candidate should have a minimum average of 55% marks in the last year/ last two semesters.

    Electrical Assistant

    IT Officer

    • Candidate must possess a Degree through Regular Mode in B.E. / B.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, or MCA from a recognized University/Institute approved by UGC/AICTE. Candidate should have a minimum average of 55% marks in the last year/ last two semesters.

    Assistant Engineer

    Yes. During the centralized application process, candidates must select and explicitly fill out their order of preference/choice for all participating companies (MGVCL, DGVCL, UGVCL, PGVCL, and GETCO).

    Q: Is there a minimum marks threshold?
    A:

    Yes, candidates must secure a minimum of 55% aggregate marks in their final year (or last two semesters) on the first attempt without any active ATKT (Allowed To Keep Terms).

    Q: What are the relaxation criteria for the upper age limit?
    A:
    1. The relaxation for the upper age limit is as follows
    • Female Candidates: 5 years relaxation.
    • PwBD Candidates: 10 years relaxation.
    • Ex-Armed Force Personnel: 10 years relaxation.

    Note: The maximum age after any relaxation cannot exceed 45 years.

    Q: Is there a penalty for wrong answers?

    Yes, a negative marking of 0.25 (1/4th) marks applies to every incorrect response in both Tier 1 and Tier 2 exams.
