FCI 2025 Exam Steps

Steps involved in the recruitment process for various FCI vacancies are as follows:

• FCI examination is held in multiple steps.
• Phase 1 exam is common for all the posts. Applicants need to qualify phase 1 examination to move onto the next phase.
• Phase 2 has five papers for the various postcodes (A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,I). Applicants need to clear various papers related to the post they have applied for to get into.
• Applicants who have applied for the post of typist (Hindi) and stenographer will have to appear for a skill test.

FCI 2025 Merit list

The recruitment of the applicants is based on the merit list released by FCI based on the phase 2 and skill test results. FCI phase 1 marks are not added in preparation of the final merit list. The FCI merit list is the final FCI result 2025 on the basis of which recruitment is done. Criteria for preparation of FCI merit list is:

• The merit list for postcode F and I is based on the marks secured in paper 1 of phase 2.
• For postcodes A, B, G, and H, the merit will be based on the combined marks secured in paper 1 & post specific paper 2 of phase 2.
• Candidates applying for AG-II (Hindi) (postcode D) will need to take paper 3 & 4 in phase 2 on the basis of which the final selection will be done.
• For the Post of Typist (Hindi) (postcode E) candidates will need to take paper 3 in phase 2 for an online test. The final merit will be decided on the basis of marks secured in paper 3, subject to qualifying the Skill Test.
• For Stenographer Grade-II (postcode C) applicants will need to take paper 5 in phase 2 for online test. The final merit will be prepared on the basis of marks secured in paper 5, subject to qualifying the Skill Test.

FCI Result 2025 - Document Verification

As per the notification released by FCI, candidates called for document verification are three times the number of seats to be filled. Candidates are required to carry a list of documents with them to the allotted verification center. List of document is as follows:

• FCI Admit Card
• Date of Birth proof (DoB certificate or high school certificate)
• Degree/post-graduate/other examinations passed certificate
• Character certificate
• SC/ST/OBC certificate issued by the competent authority
• Medical certificate for physically challenged candidates issued by the competent authority
• Aadhaar card/passport/voter ID/driving license/any photo id card issued by the statutory authorities with affixed photograph
