SAIL Recruitment 2019 - The SAIL 2019 recruitment will be conducted by Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) for filling vacancies at its various Executive & Non-Executive posts. SAIL recruitment 2019 will be conducted in two phases - written test and interview. The recruitment of SAIL 2019 will be held for shortlisting the candidates to appoint them at its 5 units - Bhilai Steel Plant, Bokaro Steel Plant, Durgapur Steel Plant, Rourkela Steel Plant, and IISCO Burnpur Steel Plant. SAIL recruitment 2019 will be done through GATE and Non-GATE depending on the post for which the vacancy is released.

SAIL will tentatively release the notification of SAIL recruitment 2019 for filling vacancies of Junior Manager and Operator-cum-Technician (Trainee and Boiler Operator) at Bhilai Steel Plant. The SAIL 2019 application form will tentatively be available from the first week of November and will continue until the first week of December 2019.

The minimum age to apply is 18 years. The application form will be available in online mode. Candidates who successfully fill the application form along with the application fee will be issued the admit card of SAIL recruitment 2019. The same will be available on the official site of the conducting body.

Candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria determined by the examination authority in order to fill the application form of SAIL recruitment 2019. Here are the eligibility criteria for different posts:

SAIL Eligibility Criteria 2019 - Education

To meet the education-related eligibility criteria, candidates must hold an Engineering degree/Diploma in Engineering (as per the post opted). Candidates must be between 18 to 30 years of age as on December 4, 2019.

SAIL Eligibility Criteria 2019 - Jr. Manager

Must hold the degree in Engineering and have practical experience of working in a factory for at least 02 years after completion of acquiring Degree. PG Degree/Diploma in Industrial Safety.

SAIL Eligibility Criteria 2019 - Operator-cum-Technician (Trainee)

Matriculation with 03 years Diploma in Engineering in the relevant discipline of Mechanical/ Metallurgy/ Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation

SAIL Eligibility Criteria 2019 - Operator-cum-Technician (Boiler Operator)

Candidates must hold Matriculation with 03 years Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical/Power Plant/Production/Instrumentation Engineering with First Class Boiler Attendant Certificate of Competency.

SAIL Recruitment Application Form 2019

The application form of SAIL recruitment 2019 will be released in online mode. Eligible candidates can fill the application form along with the payment of the application fee. SC/ST/PWD category candidates do not need to pay the application fee.

Things required to fill the application form of SAIL Recruitment 2019

• Valid Email ID and Mobile Number

• Latest Passport size coloured photograph in JPG format

• Scanned copy of signature in JPG format up to 20 kb

• Scanned copy of qualification certificates/experience certificate (if any)

Candidates can pay the application fee through NET banking, Debit/Credit card, and System generated challan form. Application fee once paid will not be refunded.

SAIL Recruitment Admit Card 2019

The admit card of SAIL recruitment will be released in online mode. The same can be downloaded from the official website as and when it’s released. The admit card displays the name of the candidate, photograph, roll number, applied post, date and time of exam/interview, exam centre etc. Candidates must carry the admit card to the exam centre on the day of examination.
