DMRC Recruitment 2019 – Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited (DMRC) has released the application form and notification for DMRC 2019 recruitment at delhimetrorail.com. Candidates can apply for various executive and non-executive posts till January 20, 2020. Earlier, the last date to fill the online application form was January 13 which was later extended to January 20. The exam authorities have announced a total of 1,493 vacancies to recruit candidates on a regular or contractual basis. DMRC 2019 eligibility criteria are described in the notification for each post separately. DMRC recruitment exam dates are yet to be announced. Candidates who have applied for the exam will be issued DMRC admit card and will be intimated on their registered emails and mobile numbers. For recruitment, candidates must clear all four stages of the DMRC 2019 selection process - computer-based test, medical test, group discussion, and personal interview.

Candidates can fill the application form of DMRC 2019 recruitment exam from December 14 to January 20, 2020. The application form is available on the official website of the exam body. Candidates will have to first register by providing contact details like email ID and mobile number after which user ID and password will be generated. Candidates can then proceed to fill DMRC 2019 application form for their desired post.

Candidates must go through the eligibility criteria of the exam before filling DMRC 2019 application form. DMRC has provided DMRC eligibility criteria 2019 for regular executive posts, regular non-executive posts, executive and non-executive posts on contract basis. DMRC eligibility criteria 2019 is based on the age, educational qualifications, and nationality of the candidates. Candidates can check DMRC eligibility criteria from the table below. Candidates who successfully register for the exam will be issued admit cards of DMRC prior to the commencement of the examination. Candidates will be intimated via email and SMS on their registered email addresses and phone numbers. It is mandatory that the candidates carry their DMRC admit card to the exam halls along with a photo-ID proof or else they will not be able to take the exam.
The first stage of the selection process is an online test which includes two papers - Paper-I and Paper-II. Candidates can check the exam pattern of both the papers in the table below. Both papers will be objective type. Negative marking will be applicable in both papers for incorrect answers, 1/3rd of the marks allotted to the question will be deducted.

The authority will publish the answer key for each post of the examination separately. DMRC answer key will be published online in PDF format. Candidates will be able to access the answer key with their user ID and password. The answer key will contain the correct answers to the questions asked in the examination for each post. The post-wise link of the answer key will be upload in the table below upon availability. DMRC answer key link will be provided here when the exam authorities release it.
Steps to download DMRC answer key
DMRC will declare the result for each post of DMRC recruitment exam separately on the official website. DMRC result will be available in the pdf format. The result file will contain the roll numbers of candidates who have been shortlisted to appear for the next stage of the recruitment process. The link to check DMRC result will be updated on this page after it has been released.
Follow the steps given below to check the result of DMRC 2019 result -
If DMRC computer test is held in more than one shift, marks obtained by the candidates will be normalised, on the basis of which the result will be prepared.
Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited will release the cut off of DMRC recruitment 2019 examination. The cut off will be published separately for each post. For each post, the Corporation will prepare category-wise and post-wise cutoff. Candidates who score the cut off marks or more prescribed by DMRC for the respective post will be selected for subsequent exam stages. DMRC result for each stage will be released separately. Candidates who are shortlisted in the result of DMRC computer-based test will be called for GD/Interview and/or medical examination. The exam body has announced 1493 vacancies for DMRC recruitment. The vacancies are divided post-wise and category-wise. The notification also include vacancies for EWS category. Skill Test for Stenographers
Candidates applying for the post of stenographer will have to take a stenography test. The scheme of DMRC skill test for stenographers will be as mentioned below -
A 10-minute dictation in English with a speed of 80 words per minute
Candidates will be required to transcribe the matter on computer
Time allotted for this transcription will be 40 minutes
Psycho Test for Customer Relations Asstt.
This test for the post of customer relations asstt. will be of qualifying nature. Candidates will be tested on their ability to deal with customers.
Medical Examination
All the candidates who will qualify in DMRC computer test will appear for medical examination.
Candidates will be evaluated on the basis of medical standards set by DMRC. The expense of medical examination will be borne by DMRC.
In case a candidate needs an extension for joining or in case of re-examination, candidates will have to bear the expenses by themselves.
Candidates who have undergone Lasik surgery will not be fit for any posts except Asstt. Programmer, Stores Asstt., Asstt./CC, Office Asstt., Accounts Asstt., Stenographer, and Legal Asstt.
Candidates who get selected in DMRC 2019 recruitment exam will have to fill a surety bond of three years. Candidates will also undergo a training period and a probation period after being selected.
DMRC Surety Bond
Candidates will have to execute a surety bond to serve DMRC for three years. Also, candidates will have to serve a notice period of 90 days before resignation.

Training - Both regular and contractual employees will have to undergo a training period. The exam authorities and reduce or increase the time period for a trainee. All employees on the post of Assistant Manager will have to undergo training in train driving so that they are ready to drive a metro train if or when required.
Probation - The probation period for regular candidates will be 2 years which would include the training period as well. Employees will have to pass various exams. Employees can be terminated during the probation period based on their performance.
