FCI Vacancies - Food Corporation of India (FCI) provides FCI recruitment careers for various posts in category II and III. In category II of FCI recruitment career, there are Manager (General/ Depot/ Movement/Accounts/Technical/Civil Engineering/ Electrical Mechanical Engineering/ Hindi) while in category III, there are Junior Engineer (JE) (Civil Engineering/Electrical Mechanical Engineering), Assistant Gradeii (AG II) (hindi), Steno Grade-II, Typist (Hindi) and Assistant Grade-III (AG III (General/Accounts/Technical/Depot). To appear in the FCI recruitment, a candidate must be more than 18 years of age. The upper age limit for FCI recruitment depends on the applied post. Generally, the FCI recruitment career entrance test is held in three stages - phase I, phase II and Interview round. Where FCI phase I will have one common paper of 100 marks questions for all candidates while the phase II exam of FCI Recruitment 2020 will be held for several papers depending upon the posts. FCI Recruitment Career Eligibility Criteria

Before applying for the FCI recruitment, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria based on the age as per category and the education qualification as per the applied post. The table below reflects the age limit for both category II and III posts:

Education Qualification for Category III

J.E. (Civil Engineering)	Must hold a degree in Civil Engineering/Diploma in Civil Engineering and one year experience.
J.E. (Electrical Mechanical Engineering)	Candidates must hold a degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering. One year of experience for Diploma holders only.
Steno Grade-II	Candidates must be a graduate with O‘ level qualification of DOEACC and speed of 40 w.p.m. and 80 w.p.m. in typing and shorthand respectively or Degree in Computer Science/Computer Application with speed of 40 w.p.m. and 80 w.p.m. in typing and shorthand respectively.
AG-II (Hindi)	Must hold a Graduation degree with Hindi as the mains subject. Candidates must be proficient in English. One year experience of translating English to Hindi and vice-versa. Preference will be given to those who hold Post-Graduation Diploma degree in Hindi.
Typist (Hindi)	Graduation or equivalent. Witting speed must be 30 W.P.M in Hindi Typing. Preference will be given to the candidates who know bilingual typing (English and Hindi) and Computer knowledge.
AG-III (General)	Must hold a graduation degree in any discipline
AG-III (Accounts)	Candidates must hold a graduation degree in Commerce
AG-III (Technical)	Must hold B.Sc. in Agriculture Or B.Sc. with Botany/Zoology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Microbiology/Food Science. Or B. Tech/BE in Food Science/Food Science and Technology/Agricultural Engineering/Biotechnology. Must be proficient in Computer Application.

FCI Recruitment Exam Pattern 2020

FCI prescribes the FCI Recruitment exam pattern for all candidates to know the stages- sections, medium, mode duration and marking scheme of the exam. As per FCI recruitment career exam pattern, the test is held in two phases - phase I and II. Both the phases of the exam will be held in online mode. After the phase II exam, a skill test will be held for those candidates who will appear for the post of Steno Grade II and Typist (Hindi). Except for the test of English Language paper, all the other questions from other sections will be conducted bilingually (both Hindi and English). For each wrong answer, 1/4th marks will be deducted for every wrong answer given by the candidates.

FCI Vacancies: Phase II

After qualifying in the phase I exam, candidates will have to appear for different papers in phase II as per their posts. The exam will be held for five papers - paper I, II, III, IV and V wherein all the five will be held in online mode.

FCI Skill Test

After phase II test, candidates who choose Stenographer Grade II (Post Code C) will have to appear for a skill test in order to test the candidates on the basis of their typing and shorthand.
