FCI Recruitment 2019 - Food Corporation of India (FCI) has released FCI 2019 recruitment for managers on September 24, 2019. Candidates who wish to apply for the post of managers can fill FCI recruitment application form from September 28, 2019. The last day to fill the application form is October 27, 2019. FCI recruitment 2019 has been released post wise and zone wise. To apply for FCI recruitment for managers, candidates must check the required eligibility criteria. A total of 330 vacancies have been announced for Manager in General/Depot/Movement, Accounts, Technical, Civil /Electrical Mechanical Trades, Hindi. The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of online phase I, II, interview/Document verification. FCI recruitment 2019 phase I exam is expected to be held in November/December 2019.

FCI has also conducted FCI 2019 recruitment phase II exam for the post of Steno Grade-II and Typist (Hindi) on July 27. The result of phase II exam will be released in October 2019.

FCI Recruitment Application Form 2019

The authority will release the application form of FCI recruitment for managers on September 28, 2019. FCI recruitment 2019 application form will be available in online mode till October 27, 2019. Candidates who fulfil the eligibility criteria must fill the application form within the allotted time frame. Candidates must fill all the correct details in the application form. Along with the filling of the application form, candidates must also pay a prescribed application fee of Rs. 800 for general category. However, the reserved category candidates are exempted from the payment of application fees. All those candidates who will successfully fill the application form will be able to download the admit card.

FCI Recruitment Eligibility Criteria 2019

Candidates must fulfill the eligibility criteria in order to apply for FCI 2019 recruitment. The examination authority determines the eligibility criteria of FCI recruitment taking the age and education qualification into consideration. Candidates might face rejection at any stage if they are found ineligible at any stage of the selection process.

J.E. (Civil Engineering)

18 to 28

  • Must hold a degree in Civil Engineering/Diploma in Civil Engineering
  • Also, candidates having a diploma degree in Civil Engineering must have one year of work experience

J.E. (Electrical Mechanical Engineering)

  • Candidates must hold a degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.


  • One year of experience for Diploma holders only.


Steno Grade-II

  • Candidates must be a graduate with O‘ level qualification of DOEACC and speed of 40 w.p.m. and 80 w.p.m. in typing and shorthand respectively

or

  • Degree in Computer Science/Computer Application with speed of 40 w.p.m. and 80 w.p.m. in typing and shorthand respectively.

AG-II (Hindi)

  • Must hold a Graduation degree with Hindi as the mains subject.

  • Candidates must be proficient in English.


  • One year experience of translating English to Hindi and vice-versa.

  • Preference will be given to those who hold Post-Graduation Diploma degree in Hindi.


Typist (Hindi)

  • Graduation or equivalent.

  • Witting speed must be 30 W.P.M in Hindi Typing.

  • Preference will be given to the candidates who know bilingual typing (English and Hindi) and Computer knowledge.

AG-III (General)

Must hold a graduation degree in any discipline

AG-III (Accounts)

Candidates must hold a graduation degree in Commerce

AG-III (Technical)

  • Must hold B.Sc. in Agriculture

Or


  • B.Sc. with Botany/Zoology/Bio-Technology/Bio-Chemistry/Microbiology/Food Science.


Or


  • B. Tech/BE in Food Science/Food Science and Technology/Agricultural Engineering/Bio-Technology.

  • Must be proficient in Computer Application.


AG-III (Depot)

Must hold a graduation degree and proficient in Computer Application.

FCI Recruitment Exam Pattern 2019

The examination authority has determined the FCI Recruitment exam pattern. As per the exam pattern of FCI recruitment 2019, the exam will be conducted for two phases - Phase I online exam and II. However, a skill test is also conducted for those candidates who will appear for the post of Steno Grade II and Typist (Hindi). The exam will be conducted in online mode for both the phases of the examination.

FCI Recruitment 2019 - Phase I (online exam)

  • Phase I exam will be common for all the available posts.

  • The exam will be conducted in online mode.

  • A total of 100 questions will be asked.

  • Each question will carry 1 mark each.

  • Candidates will be given 20 minutes each for completing each of the three sections i.e. a total of 60 minutes will be given to the candidates to complete the phase I exam.

  • The questions will be asked from three sections - English Language, Reasoning Ability and Numerical Ability.

  • Except for the English Language paper, the questions from the other two sections will be conducted bilingually.

  • 1/4th marks will be deducted for every wrong answer given by the candidates.

FCI Recruitment 2019 - Phase II

In phase II exam of FCI, candidates have to appear for different papers for different posts. The exam is conducted for five papers in online mode. As per the exam pattern of FCI recruitment 2019, paper-I is common for all the posts available whereas paper II is conducted for paper-III is common for post code D and E, paper IV is conducted for post code D, and paper V is conducted for post code C.

Skill Test

Candidates who have applied for Stenographer Grade II (Post Code C) will have to appear for a skill test in typing and shorthand.

FCI Admit Card 2019

The admit card of FCI recruitment 2019 for mains exam has been released for the candidates who have qualified the prelims exam zone-wise. Candidates download the admit card by using their login credentials - registration/roll number and date of birth/password. The admit card of FCI recruitment contains the details related to the candidates and the examination. Candidates must affix a recent passport size photograph of themselves on the admit card. In case of discrepancies, candidates must register their grievances at http://cgrs.ibps.in and get the errors rectified at least a week before the examination. FCI recruitment 2019 for phase I admit card for prelims exam was released on May 16, 2019, in online mode.

FCI Recruitment Answer Key 2019

The examination authority will not release the official answer key of FCI recruitment 2019 since the exam is conducted in online mode. However, few coaching institutes may release the answer key in which candidates can find all the correct answers to the questions asked in the examination. By going through the answer key of FCI Recruitment 2019, candidates will be able to calculate their expected scores and predict their chances to qualify the exam.

FCI Result 2019

The result has been declared by the examination authority in online mode. Candidates are able to download their result by using their login credentials roll number or registration number and date of birth and in pdf file. All those candidates who qualify in the phase I exam are eligible to appear in the phase II examination of FCI recruitment. Candidates must keep in mind that the marks scored by the candidates in the phase I exam is not be considered while preparing the final merit list.
