State Bank of India released the SBI CBO notification 2025 on May 9, 2025 at sbi.co.in. Along with the notification, the SBI CBO 2025 application form was also activated. The last date to submit the SBI CBO application form is May 29, 2025. The SBI CBO exam is expected to be conducted in the month of July 2025.

Candidates are required to check their SBI 2025 eligibility before applying. The role of a Circle Based Officer is managing the fundamental operations of the branch. SBI CBO Vacancy 2025

The SBI CBO vacancy 2025 is given in the official notification. A total of 2600 SBI CBO 2025 vacancies have been announced. SSC also announced 364 backlog vacancies. Candidates have to apply for only one vacancy circle. Selected candidates will not be allowed to work in any other circle. For the General / EWS/ OBC category candidates, they need to pay a fee of Rs 750. Other category candidates are exempted from paying any SBI CBO application fee.

Online Test

The SBI CBO online test consists of objective and descriptive tests. Both the tests will be conducted one after another. The exams are conducted in online mode.

The SBI CBO interview will be conducted for 50 marks. Candidates have to secure the minimum qualifying marks in this stage as well. The marks from the interview will be taken into consideration for the final selection.

4. Final Selection

Those who qualify both the stages will have their name listed in the final merit list. The SBI CBO final merit list is prepared based on normalisation of marks scored in online test and interview which is 75.25 respectively.

5. Language Proficiency Test

SBI CBO LPT is conducted to test the candidate’s basic knowledge in the language of the circle they have selected. If a candidate is able to produce their 10th and 12th certificate showing that they have studied the particular language, they need not appear in the LPT.

SBI CBO Selection procedure 2025

Every exam has a certain selection process by which they select potential candidates. The SBI CBO 2025 selection process consists of 4 phases. The detailed description of the SBI CBO selection process is also given in the official notification. The SBI CBO selection procedure 2025 is as follows -

• Online test - Consists of objective and descriptive tests.

• Screening - The committee goes through all the documents of the selected candidates of the online test.

• Interview - Qualifying in nature.

• Final Selection - Marks from the online test and interview will be calculated for the final merit list.

• Language Proficiency test - Tests the proficiency of the candidate in the specific language of the circle they opted for.

SBI CBO Pre Exam Training 2025

The SBI CBO pre exam training helps candidates prepare for the exam and appear without any issues. Candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC/ PwBD category can fill the SBI CBO PET section while filling the application form. The SBI CBO 2025 PET will be conducted in online mode. At the time of the SBI CBO pre exam training, candidates need to login using their credentials on the bank’s training page.

SBI CBO Admit Card 2025

The SBI CBO call letter is expected to be issued in July 2025. Candidates will be able to download the SBI CBO 2025 admit card on the official website. The SBI CBO admit card can be downloaded using their login credentials. They must know that the SBI CBO admit card 2025 will not be sent by post.

The SBI CBO 2025 cut off is decided by the bank. Candidates need to meet the SBI CBO cut off at every stage of the exam. While downloading the result, candidates will also be able to check the SBI CBO qualifying marks as well.

SBI does not release any SBI CBO question papers of their examinations. However, several coaching centres will reveal the SBI CBO question paper 2025 soon after the exam is conducted. The SBI CBO 2025 basic salary is Rs 48,480 in the scale of Rs 48,480 - 2,000/7- 62,480- 2340/2- 61160- 26,80/7-85,920 which is applicable for the Junior Management Grade Scale-I. In addition to the SBI CBO salary, officials also receive D.A, H.R.A/ Lease rental, C.C.A, PF, Contributory Pension Fund i.e., NPS, LFC, Medical Facility etc. More SBI CBO allowances and benefits are offered from time to time.
