RBI Assistant Exam Pattern 2019 - Reserve Bank of India releases RBI Assistant 2019 exam pattern along with official notification. RBI Assistant exam pattern 2019 varies for stage wise recruitment process. The exam pattern of RBI Assistant 2019 includes number of questions asked, mode of examination, distribution of marks and the duration of the exam. According to RBI Assistant exam pattern 2019, the prelims phase will be conducted for 100 questions and each question is of 1 mark. Time duration for RBI Assistant first stage recruitment will be 2 hours. The mains exam pattern of RBI Assistant 2019 comprises 200 questions which needs to be solved in 135 minutes. Candidates who qualify the mains stage, will have to appear for the last stage RBI Assistant 2019 exam pattern, Language Proficiency Test (LPT) which will be conducted in the official/local language of the respective state.

RBI Assistant Exam Pattern 2019 for Preliminary Exam

Candidates after filling the RBI Assistant application form 2019 should check The exam pattern of RBI Assistant for the preliminary exam consists of objective type multiple choice questions (MCQs) asked from- Numerical Ability, Reasoning Ability, and English Language. The exam will be conducted in online mode for 1 hour. Each question carries 1 mark whereas 1/4th of the marks obtained by the candidates are deducted for each wrong answer.

Candidates can choose either English or Hindi to answer the papers except for English language. Those candidates who qualify the preliminary exam will be eligible to appear for the mains exam.

RBI Assistant Exam Pattern 2019 for Mains Exam

The mains exam of RBI Assistant is divided into five sections - English Language, General Awareness, Reasoning, Numerical Ability and Computer Knowledge. Their exam will be conducted in the online mode where 40 questions will be asked in each section consisting of 1 mark each. Candidates will be given 30 minutes for English Language paper, 25 minutes for General Awareness, 30 minutes for Reasoning, 30 minutes for Numerical Ability and 20 minutes for Computer Knowledge. There is a total of 200 questions carrying a total of 200 marks. According to the exam pattern of RBI Assistant 2019, candidates will have to qualify in each section in order to qualify in the mains exam.1/4th of marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.

RBI Assistant Marking Scheme 2019

Candidates after knowing the exam pattern should also know the marking scheme of the exam which will help them to qualify the exam with good marks. For each correct answer candidates will be awarded 1 mark for each incorrect answer 0.25 marks will be deducted.

RBI Assistant Exam Pattern 2019 for Language Proficiency Test (LPT)

Only those candidates who qualify the preliminary and mains exam will be eligible to appear for the Language Proficiency Test. It is to be noted that LPT will be conducted in the Official/Local language of the respective state. Candidates who fail to qualify the LPT will be declared disqualified in the exam.
