MPSC History Syllabus 2020 - Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) prescribes the syllabus for MPSC State Service Examination. MPSC History Syllabus 2020 - Prelims

The MPSC prelims exam has two papers - general studies and CSAT. Questions asked in the MPSC prelims stage are from subjects like history, geography, Indian polity, general awareness, general arithmetic, general intelligence & reasoning, general science, etc. These subjects cover a variety of topics. MPSC Exam Pattern 2020 - Prelims and Mains

The MPSC state service exam pattern is also prescribed by the Maharashtra Public Service Commission. As per the prescribed exam pattern the MPSC examination is held in offline mode. The MPSC exam has three stages - prelims, mains and interview. Both MPSC prelims and mains papers have objective type questions with negative ⅓ marks for every incorrect answer. Whereas there is no negative marking in the mains language papers as they are descriptive in nature. The prelims exam is of 400 marks while the mains exam is of 800 marks.
