The selection process of the India Post GDS 2026 Recruitment involves shortlisting applicants based on a system-generated merit list and not with any other examinations. The India Post GDS salary for the post is in the form of Time Related Continuity Allowance (TRCA), which includes an annual increment of 3% following the conditions specified in the GDS Rules.
