IBPS RRB Clerk Prelims Exam Analysis - Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts the IBPS RRB Clerk exam for the post of Office Assistants. All candidates taking the test for Office Assistant posts must go through the IBPS RRB Clerk prelims exam analysis to get an idea of the level of the test. The prelims exam of IBPS RRB Clerk conducted in 2019 was somewhat an easy exam as per the feedback received from the candidates and the experts. Both the sections - Reasoning, and Quantitative Aptitude were of easy level making the overall difficulty level of the exam to be easy. Also, the good attempts reported by the candidates were around 34 to 36 for Reasoning while it was around 31 to 34 for the Quantitative Aptitude section Making the overall good attempts to be around 68 to 74. Quantitative Aptitude is one of the most important sections from which questions are asked in the exam. From this section, a total of 40 questions are asked. In the test conducted in the previous year, there were questions asked from topics like Quadratic Equation, Arithmetic Word Problems & Data Interpretation (DI) and Wrong Number Series. As per the exam analysis for the quantitative aptitude section, there were around 5 questions from quadratic equation, 10 questions from simplification, 10 questions from data interpretation, arithmetic problem had 10 questions and there were 5 questions from wrong number series.
There are a total of 40 questions that are asked from the reasoning section. As pr the previous year exam, there were a total of 21 questions asked from the puzzle and sitting arrangement, 4 questions from oder and ranking, 5 questions from inequality, 3 question from direction sense, 1 question each from booth coding and decoding and odd one out while there were 5 questions from syllogism. IBPS will announce IBPS RRB Clerk result for the post of Office Assistants in online mode at ibps.in in the last week of August 2020. Candidates can check the result of IBPS RRB Clerk by using registration/roll number and date of birth/password. IBPS RRB result will contain the name of the candidates, applied post, registration and roll number and qualifying status of the candidates.
The application form of IBPS RRB is expected to be announced in June 2020.
You must attempt only those questions which you are sure about since 1/4th marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
IBPS RRB Clerk exam will be conducted in online mode and thus no OMR sheet will be given to the candidates to write their answers.
You will be able to download the IBPS RRB Clerk admit card again from the official website before the exam, if you have lost your previous one. However, it is advised to the candidates to keep the admit card safely and get at least two printouts of the same.
