After the declaration of Airports Authority of India result candidates will have to appear for document verification/interview/physical measurement and endurance test/voice test. To appear for the second round, candidates are issued admit card. On the day of the examination, candidates need to carry the following documents.
Date of the birth proof certificate (Date of Birth Certificate or 10th / SSC / SSLC Certificate with Date of Birth
Mark Sheet & Certificate for Matriculation/ SSC/ SSLC/ 10th Std. or Equivalent
Mark Sheet & Certificate for HSC/ 10+2/ Intermediate/ PUC or Equivalent
Year-wise / Semester-wise mark sheets and Certificates
The date of passing the examination which is reckoned for eligibility will be the date of passing appearing on the original mark sheets / provisional certificate/ final certificate
Mark sheets and Certificates of Professional qualifications, additional qualifications etc., if any
The candidates belonging to SC / ST / OBC / PWD categories must produce a relevant valid Caste / PWD certificate issued by the competent authority
OBC certificate should contain ‘Non-Creamy Layer Clause’ and should not be more than one year old as on the date of application

Online examination will be followed by document verification, physical measurement and endurance test which includes high jump, push-ups, running, sit-ups, casualty, carrying, ladder climbing, rope climbing, and driving test
Manager (Fire Services)
Only those candidates who qualify the Physical measurement and endurance test will be allowed to appear for an interview. Candidates should produce a Heavy Transport Vehicle License (HTV) at the time of verification of documents/driving tests. On selection, candidates have to obtain HTV license within two years of induction, failure to do so will make them ineligible for promotion and to draw third annual increment onwards
Junior Executive (Airport Operations)
Light Motor Vehicles License is essential. Temporary/Learning License will not be accepted
Junior Executive (Air Traffic Control)
Online examination will be followed by documents verification and Voice Test. The candidate shall have minimum proficiency in both spoken and written English of the level 10+2 standard. On selection, he/she shall also attain the ICAO language minimum proficiency level 4 (operational) for the purpose of issue of license or rating. Any candidate who is not able to attain ICAO proficiency level 4 or above during the training
Manager (Electronics) & Junior Executive (ATC)
Selected candidates have to execute a sure bond for an amount of 6 lakhs and 5 lakhs respectively to serve Airports Authority of India for a period of 3 years after completing of training.
