The IBPS PO job is one of the most dynamic when it comes to the banking sector. Aspirants who get selected at first are kept on probation for the initial stage of the exam.
During the probation period, they will be trained in routine bank operations like revenue collection, accounting, finance, billing, investment, etc. They will also have to listen to their customers and resolve their issues.

IBPS PO eligibility criteria for PWD category - According to the government of india norms, people with benchmark disability are eligible for reservation under section -34 of "The Rights of person with disabilities act ,2016" and the categories of disabilities eligible for reservation as per the act are mentioned below-
1.Deaf and hard of hearing.
2.Blindness and low vision.
3.Mental illness, autism, specific learning disability, intellectual disability and locomotor disability which includes palsy ,dwarfism, muscular dystrophy and acid attack victims.
4.People having benchmark disabilities will be assigned with the reserved vacancies as per the "Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016".
