As per the SSC JHT 2025 exam pattern, the paper 2 will test candidates on the basis of their translation skills as well as their ability to write as well as comprehend the Hindi and English languages correctly, precisely and effectively.

As per SSC JHT marking scheme, Paper I will have 200 MCQs, out of which 100 are from General English and 100 are from General Hindi. In Paper I, one mark for each question and 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer. Paper II will be reviewed only for those candidates who have qualified in Paper I.
