UPTET 2020 - U.P. Pariksha Niyamak Pradhikari will release the notification of UPTET 2020 in September at its official website - updeled.gov.in. The authorities are expected to release the UP TET 2020 application form in October 2020. Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be able to apply for the UPTET exam. Candidates successfully filling the application form will be issued the UPTET 2020 admit card. The test will be held at various centres across 75 districts of Uttar Pradesh. As per the UP TET 2020 exam pattern, the test will be held for two papers - paper I and II. Each of the two papers will contain 150 questions of 1 mark each. Candidates who secure 60% (general) and 55% (reserved category) will be able to qualify the exam. The authorities will announce the result in online mode. All the qualified candidates will be given the UPTET eligibility certificate which is valid for 5 years.
UPTET exam is conducted to determine the eligibility of the candidates as Teachers in classes 1 to 8 in the schools of Uttar Pradesh. The test is held for two papers - paper I and II wherein paper I is held for those who wish to become teachers in classes 1 to 5 while paper II is for those who wish to become teachers of classes 6 to 8. UPTET Eligibility Criteria 2020
Before filling the application form, candidates must meet the UP TET 2020 eligibility criteria. The authorities have determined the eligibility criteria of UP TET on the basis of age and education qualification. It is important for the candidates to meet the eligibility criteria before applying for the exam. The UP TET eligibility criteria is as follows:

Candidates must be a graduate from any discipline with at least 50% marks.
The exam conducting authority will release the application form of UP TET 2020 in online mode at its official website in November. Eligible candidates will be able to fill the UP TET 2020 application form along with the payment of the requisite application fee within the allotted time frame. After filling the application form, candidates have to pay the application fee of Rs. 600 for general and Rs. 400 for the reserved category candidates. The filling of the application form includes various steps like registration, filling basic details, filling education qualification, uploading scanned image of photo and signature and payment of application fee. UPTET Exam Centres 2020
The exam conducting authorities will conduct the exam at various exam centres of UPTET 2020. Candidates will be able to select their desired UP TET 2020 exam centres while filling the application form. The exam authorities have prescribed the exam pattern of UP TET for all aspiring candidates, The exam pattern contains details related to the sections from where questions are asked in the exam, total questions, marking schemes, duration of exam etc. As per the exam pattern of UPTET, the test will be held in the following two stages:

Paper I of the UPTET exam will be held for a total of 150 marks. In UPTET 2020 paper I exam, questions will be asked from five sections containing 30 questions each. Each question will carry 1 mark. As per the exam pattern of UPTET 2020, paper I will have questions from the following 5 sections. Each section will have 30 questions of 1 mark each. No marks will be deducted for any wrong answers given by the candidates.

UPBEB will release the UPTET 2020 admit card in online mode in December. Candidates will have to use their registration number to download the admit card of UPTET 2020. Candidates can find details related to candidates and exams. It is important for the candidates to carry the admit card to the exam centres on the days of exam. Along with the admit card, candidates must also bring one of the prescribed photo ID proof - Aadhaar Card, Voter ID Card, Driving LIcense, PAN Card, Passport. No candidates will be able to appear for the exam without the admit card.

In order to select candidates to the next stage of the selection process, the exam authorities will determine the UPTET cut off. The cut off will be in the form of qualifying marks. Candidates will have to secure UPTET 2020 cut off as per their category. UPTET Eligibility Certificate
All those candidates who qualify in the test will be given UPTET eligibility certificates. The eligibility certificate will be valid for a period of 5 years. Through this eligibility certificate, candidates will be able to apply for a teaching post in the schools of Uttar Pradesh from classes 1 to 8. Super TET Exam is the 2nd level of Exam after qualifying State level TET/ CTET exam.
