HP TET Qualifying Marks
In order to shortlist meritorious candidates, the exam authorities will determine the minimum HP TET qualifying scores. The qualifying marks is released in the form of HP TET 2025 cut off, which will be released according to the candidates categories. Candidates in the general category need to score 60 per cent, while those in the reserved category will need to score 55 per cent. For each group, the table below contains the HP TET cutoff.

According to the official notification regarding the eligibility criteria, the candidate must have 50% in their undergraduate degree, it could be BA, BCom, BSc, BEd depending upon the field you choose as a TGT or JBT. Since, you scored 49.9%, you are not eligible to apply. Although there is
For HP TET a minimum of 45% aggregate is required for all who have graduated before 2010..
So you can appear in HP TET TGT...
But for JBT minimum of 50% aggregate and 2 year JBT certificate is also required.
So in my opinion you can't appear for HP TET
