HP TET 2021 Exam - Dates, Registration, Eligibility, Syllabus, Admit Card, Result

HP TET 2021 - The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education has announced the HP TET result 2021 online on the official website on January 6, 2022. The HPTET 2021 result can be checked by the candidates by using the application number and roll number. 

HPBOSE released the preliminary HP TET 2021 answer key on December 4. HPBOSE released HP TET 2021 admit card for TGT (Medical), JBT, Urdu and Punjabi subjects in online mode on November 17. Candidates could download the HP TET admit card 2021 using the application number and date of birth for the examination which was conducted on November 21 & 28 in two shifts. Shift 1 will be held from 10 am to 12:30 pm and shift 2 will be held from 2 pm to 4:30 pm.

According to the HP TET exam date 2021, the HP TET exam for the November session is to be conducted on November 13, 14, 21 and 28, 2021. HP TET exam is conducted for all the candidates who wish to teach in primary and elementary classes. All the candidates must go through the eligibility criteria before applying for the exam. The eligibility criteria of HP TET are based on two factors – age and educational qualification. Candidates who are eligible can apply for various teaching departments – Shastri, Language Teacher, Punjabi, Urdu, JBT, TGT (Non-Medical/Medical/Arts). 

HP TET exam is conducted in offline mode and the exam pattern is different for each department. Candidates who will qualify HP TET  exam will be awarded the HP TET eligibility certificate. The certificate will be valid for lifetime years and candidates can apply for various teaching posts from class- I to VIII in the schools of Himachal Pradesh. 

The authorities have released the HP TET 2021 notification for the November session in online mode on the official website - hpbose.org on September 10, 2021. According to the HP TET exam notification, the application form for HP TET 2021 was available from September 23, 2021. Eligible candidates filled the HP TET online form 2021 till October 13, 2021. 

Candidates could fill the application form with late fees of Rs. 300 from October 14, 2021, to October 18, 2021. The application correction window of HP TET 2021 would be open from October 19, 2021, and would be available till October 21, 2021 (11:59 PM). 

The eligibility criteria of HP TET is prescribed by the exam conducting body. Candidates must go through the eligibility criteria of HP TET in order to fill the online application form. The eligibility criteria include requirements like age and educational qualification.

Himachal Board of School Education as of now has not set any upper age limit for the candidates.

Himachal Board of School education released the HP TET application form 2021 on September 23, 2021.  While entering the basic details candidates must be careful as the details entered in the application form will be used in admit card. Also, candidates must go through the eligibility criteria in order to avoid rejection at any later stage. 

Before the candidates start filling their HP TET application form, they must keep the following ready with them – email ID, contact number, class 10^th certificate, scanned photograph and signature and card details to pay the online fee.

In order to fill the HP TET Application form, candidates must follow these steps:

•    Step 1 - Filling up of basic details    

Candidates are required to fill in the detail such as name, date of birth, father’s/mother’s name, subject that the candidate wishes to appear, contact number, email ID, category etc.

•    Step 2 - Uploading photograph  and signature

After filling all the required details, candidates will have to upload their scanned photograph and signature as per the prescribed specifications.

• The size of the signature should be less than 15KB
•  The dimension of the signature must be 3.5 x 1.5 cm
• The format of the signature  must be in jpg format

• Step 3 – Payment of     Application Fee

After completing all the process, candidates will have to pay the application fee of HP TET by using Credit Card/Debit Card or Internet Banking.

•    Step 4 – Printout of HP TET Application form

Before final submission, candidates must go through the filled application form in order to avoid any error. They need to put a tick mark against the declaration to submit the form. After final submission candidates must take a printout of the filled application form and save it for future reference.

Note: The detail entered in the HP TET Application form can be edited only till the payment of fees. After the payment, candidates will not be able to make any changes.

The HP TET Admit Card 2021 has been released in online mode by HPBOSE for the exams on November 21 and 28, 2021, for TGT (Medical), JBT, Urdu and Punjabi subjects. Candidates who have successfully submitted their application form can download their admit card. To access HP TET admit card, candidates have to enter their application number and date of birth in the dd-mm-yyyy format in the login window.

The admit card of HP TET has details such as name, photograph, signature, roll number, the address of the examination hall and timings of the exam. Candidates who not be able to write the HP TET exam, in case they do not have their admit card. In case of any discrepancies in the download admit card must immediately contact the authorities.

HPBOSE released the provisional answer key of HP TET 2021 in online mode December 4. In order to challenge the answer key of HP TET, candidates need to send valid proof to claim their answer in the specified time period. The final answer key will be published only after the authorities have evaluated all the challenged answer key. Candidates can check the correct responses to the questions asked in the entrance exam. Based on the correct and incorrect answers, candidates can calculate their probable scores obtained in HP TET.

Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) has released the result of HP TET 2021 on January 6, 2022 in online mode on the official website. Candidates can search their result by entering roll number or application number. HP TET result contains the name, roll number, application number, category and total marks. 

After the announcement of result, candidates are awarded TET eligibility certificate which is valid for lifetime. All the eligible candidates can then apply for class I to VIII in the schools of Himachal Pradesh.
