Candidates who have completed their intermediate or senior secondary in any education programme.
Graduation with at least 45% marks and a one-year Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree. (or)
Intermediate/Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and a four-year B.A./B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed degree.
AP TET Eligibility Criteria 2026 for Upper Teacher
Candidates with a minimum of 50% marks in B.A.Ed/B.Sc.
Candidates who have a graduation degree in a bachelor’s of oriental language or its equivalent, or a concerned language as one of the optional subjects or a bachelor’s degree in literature, or post-graduation in the concerned language.
Candidates must have a Language Pandit Training Certificate/B.Ed. degree in the concerned language as one of the methodologies.
