Step 3 - A new window will be opened on the screen with the IES 2027 notification and UPSC ESE registration form 2027 link will appear on the screen.

Step 4 - Download the UPSC notification 2027 by clicking on the link in the Documents column. Read the ESE notification thoroughly before proceeding to fill the ESE exam registration.

Step 5 - To proceed to fill the ESE registration form 2027, press the Click here link applicants will be redirected to the ESE registration page. The registration page contains the following details and links.

Step 6 - Click on the "New Registration" link, to complete One Time Registration (OTR).
