Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has closed the UPSC ESE 2025 application form correction window online on November 29, 2024. The UPSC ESE 2025 application form correction window was activated on November 23, 2024 at upsc.gov.in. The UPSC ESE 2025 application form window was reopened on October 18, 2024. The authority will conduct UPSC ESE prelims exam on June 8, 2025 and mains exam on August 10, 2025.

The last date to submit the UPSC ESE application form 2025 combining the new applicants was November 22, 2024. Earlier, the commission closed the UPSC ESE 2025 application form process on October 8, 2024. The authority released UPSC ESE application form 2025 on September 18, 2024 on their official website. Step 3 - A new window will be opened on the screen with the IES notification 2025 and UPSC ESE registration form 2025 link will appear on the screen.
Step 4 - Download the UPSC notification 2025 by clicking on the link in the Documents column. Read the ESE notification thoroughly before proceeding to fill the ESE exam registration.
Step 5 - To proceed to fill the ESE registration form 2025, press the Click here link applicants will be redirected to the ESE registration page. The registration page contains the following details and links.
Step 6 - Click on the "New Registration" link, to complete One Time Registration (OTR).
Step 7 - Fill the asked details and verify them to complete the UPSC ESE registration form

You cannot give the UPSC Engineering Services Examination (ESE/IES) with a BSc Engineering degree . Here are the eligibility criteria :
- Educational Qualification: A degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) from a recognized university is mandatory.
- Eligible Streams: Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering are accepted.
- BSc Engineering: This degree is not equivalent to a B.E./B.Tech. You would need to pursue an M.E./M.Tech or equivalent in a relevant field to become eligible.
- Consider checking UPSC's official notification for detailed eligibility.

So with regard to your query, YES for the ESE (Engineering Service Examination) exam any student who is a graduate of engineering can apply for this exam. If you had graduated from Btech course, then you are eligible for the exam.

Eligibility criteria for IES or ESE are
Candidate must have received a degree in Engineering from a university integrated by an act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an act of Parliament or acknowledged as deemed to be universities under section-3 of the university grants commission act.
As NMIMS Mumbai is a private deemed university, you are eligible for this exam.
It came to be a deemed university organized under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956.
