UPTET 2018 - Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board (UPBEB) has released the revised result for UPTET paper I. Earlier, the result of UPTET 2018 was declared on December 5 whereas for paper II (elementary stage) the result was announced on December 11 in online mode. Candidates can check their results by entering roll number and captcha code in the login window. The authority had published the final answer key of UPTET 2018 for all the sets on November 30, 2018 after after reviewing the objections of the candidates. The answer key of UPTET 2018 was available in the form of pdf for all sets. Earlier, the provisional answer key of UTET was released on November 22. Candidates were given an opportunity to challenge the official UPTET answer key and raise their objections till November 23. UPTET 2018 was conducted on November 18 in offline mode across 75 cities in Uttar Pradesh. 

 To appear in UPTET  for both the posts - primary and elementary level teachers the eligibility criteria are different but in terms of age, candidates must be between 18 to 35 years of age.

The application form of UPTET 2018 was available from September 18 to October 7. The last date to pay the application fees of UPTET was October 9. UPTET Result 2018

Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board (UPBEB) has released the revise result of paper I. Candidates can access their UPTET result 2018 by entering their roll number in the login window. Paper 2 result of UPTET 2018 was declared on December 11. Earlier, the result for paper 1 was announced on December 5. The result contains details like name, roll number, marks scored etc. On the basis on UPTET result 2018, candidates will be given eligibility certificate. Note: Candidates can also get a copy of their OMR/Answer sheet by paying fees through DD of INR 500 per copy, drawn in favour of “Secretary, Examination Controller Officer” payable at Allahabad.

UPTET Cutoff 2018 

UPTET cut off 2018 is the minimum marks required to qualify the UPTET 2018 exam. Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board (UPBEB) releases the cutoff for UPTET. UPBEB releases cutoff marks district wise. A separate merit list is prepared for each district.

UPTET Answer Key 2018

The official UPTET answer key 2018 was released on November 22 in online mode. Candidates who appeared in the test can check the official UPTET 2018 answer key by visiting on the link provided above. UPTET answer key 2018 helps the candidates to check correct answers to questions asked in the exam. Based on the number of correct and incorrect responses, candidates will be able to calculate their probable scores. Two separate answer keys have been released for a paper I and paper II. For both the papers, all the four sets of answer keys that is (A, B, C, D) has been published. All the sets show the correct answers of all the subjects. Candidates must select the correct set of answer key.

UPTET Selection Process 2018 

UPTET selection procedure 2018 includes stages of the recruitment procedure. All the appearing candidates need to secure the cutoff in order to qualify the written exam. The UPTET exam carries 150 marks in paper I and paper II. Read below for more details.

Stages of the selection process

  • All the candidates need to fill the complete application form and submit the required documents along with application form.

  • All the selected candidates will undergo a written examination.

  • To qualify written exam, candidates need to secure a decided cutoff for the written exam. The cut off is decided by Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board.

  • Candidates qualifying UPTET written exam will be eligible to receive UPTET eligibility certificate.

UPTET Eligibility Certificate

Candidates qualifying written exam will be given UPTET eligibility certificate. The UPTET eligibility certificate will be valid for 5 years and they can apply for the teaching post in schools of Uttar Pradesh. Candidates can take their eligibility certificate from the district education board by submitting details like admit card and photo identity card.

UPTET Admit Card 2018

UPTET admit card was released by UPBEB in online mode and could be downloaded till November 18, 2018. Candidates had to carry the admit card to the exam centre. Without the UPTET admit card, candidates were not allowed in the exam hall. UPTET Application Form 2018

The application form for UPTET 2018 was released on September 18. The UPTET application form could be filled and submitted in online mode till October 7. While filling the application form of UPTET, candidates had to fill in essential details and complete the entire process carefully. The application fees could be paid till October 9.   • Passport size scanned a photograph

  • Marksheets of class 10th, 12th, graduation and other important educational mark sheets.

After the payment, complete the online UPTET application by mentioning the registration number, date of birth and transaction id/journal number provided by the bank and submit the form. On final submission of the form, a computer generated registration and password will appear on the screen. Use this registration number and password to login. Take the print out of the application form for future reference.

UPTET Eligibility Criteria 2018

UPTET 2018 eligibility criteria include conditions that candidates must meet in order to be eligible for the recruitment process. UPTET Exam Pattern 2018 

Exam pattern of UPTET 2018 helps a candidate to understand the structure of all the stages of the examination. UPTET exam pattern includes essential information about the examination like the mode of exam, the time duration of the exam, sectional division of the question papers, division of marks and number of questions in a question paper, etc. UPTET had two papers. Paper I was conducted for candidates who have applied for primary classes (I to V) and Paper II was held for candidates who have applied for upper primary classes (VI to VIII).
